“We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help. “Beautiful place !! Unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed. Rustic, off-grid but with all the comforts! Natural beauty of the sierras and the Uruguayan night sky while living in a cool dome. Laying in bed we could see orion thru the triangle sky window. We enjoyed the visit during the summer but can’t wait to visit in the cooler weather too. Interesting trails, sightings of wild birds and animals, beautiful restaurant with breathtaking views! We didn’t want to leave! What a relaxing place !!!”
