Amberoza Villas is a complex comprised of four meticulously crafted villas. Nestled just 2.5 km from the stunning Agia Pelagia Beach, the complex offers panoramic views of the endless blue sea, ensuring a serene and picturesque environment for your stay. Amberoza Villa III features an ideal balance of comfort and accessibility. This single-level villa features two elegantly designed bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
Indoors
Stepping into Amberoza Villa III, you are welcomed by an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a 32" Smart TV, a corner sofa, and a dining table, along with a selection of board and card games for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ensuring a stress-free and self-catered holiday, while the seamless indoor-outdoor connection allows you to embrace the stunning views. A charming Cour Anglaise adds a touch of nature, with sun-drenched, airy spaces filled with lush plants, creating a refreshing ambiance throughout the villa.


Strolling down the hall, you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom features 2 twin size beds (0,85 x 2,00), which can be formed together to form a Queen (1,70 x 2,00) upon request. This bedroom also features, an open closet with a vanity and mirror, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the pool area.


Across from this bedroom, is a bathroom with a standup shower. Also, the villa offers an LG washer.


The second bedroom features a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This room also features, an open closet with a vanity and mirror, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the pool area.


Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Amberoza III covers 160 m2 and offers many facilities including:
- A private, 47 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access and a sun shelf. The perfect spot to enjoy the sun!
- The pool area is equipped with 4 sun beds

- Parking space for 1 car inside the villa premises.
