The villa features a private 25m² infinity private swimming pool (1,40m depth, non-heated), offering refreshing swims with breathtaking views of Pantanassa Bay. Luxurious, premium sun-beds around the pool invite you to relax in the Cretan sunshine or find shade in total comfort. A shaded outdoor dining area with a modern gas BBQ is perfect for al fresco meals and gatherings, with the shimmering sea as your backdrop. Just a few steps from the villa, direct beach access invites you to enjoy refreshing swims or tranquil seaside walks along the shore. With secure parking for two cars, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a luxurious and seamless retreat.

*The villa’s private pool is available for enjoyment from March - November, perfectly complementing the breathtaking sea views. During the winter months, the villa remains fully open and welcoming, though the pool is temporarily closed.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests total, 8 guests sleep in real beds and 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the living room sofa beds. All thoughtfully designed bedrooms feature premium Coco-Mat mattresses and 32” Smart TVs, ensuring every guest enjoys a restful stay.
