The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. "Great stay on the boat, new, well equipped and fantastic terrace on the roof to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunset in the evening. The boat is located in a small campsite with a small bar/restaurant and pool use for free. Friendly and very helpful staff. There is a water park close by and the lovely small town of Sesto Calende with shops, bars and restaurants is only 15-20 minutes walk away. Great short stay with the family"
