The studio is located in a detached house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. Available for shared use: sun lounger.

Malinska. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (5 m x 5 m 1.5 m deep).
