「Wunderschöne Villa (steil 😉) 5 Minuten vom Ufer entfernt. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, mit 2 Doppelzimmern im Obergeschoss. Ich glaube, auf der Couch können noch 2 Personen schlafen. 「Sehr schöne, super saubere FeWo. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind so ca 1 km entfernt, kann man aber gut zu Fuß bewältigen. Strand ist auch ca 1 km entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.」

「Wir haben hier unseren Osterurlaub 2024 gehabt. Die Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung waren größtenteils geschlossen. Das Apartment war im großen und ganzen recht ordentlich, leider waren einige Dinge im Apartment offensichtlich noch nie in Betrieb, 2 WC Spülungen haben nicht funktioniert und die Wasserleitungen waren ( noch ) nicht mit Wasser gefüllt. 「Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet, der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Dame der Agentur hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Bett war für unseren Rücken etwas zu hart. Der Rest war wirklich okay. Vor allem die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Wir denken schon daran, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen.」

「La struttura è ottima, la proprietaria gentile e discreta, abita affianco all'appartamento ma non è affatto invadente. Unica osservazione, è a 6 minuti di macchina dal centro del paese, e dalle indicazioni del sito sembra invece posizionata centralissima. Bisogna quindi spostarsi sempre in macchina, ma a parte questo l'appartamento è funzionale, pulito e ben servito. 「Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, vollkommen okay, bis auf den quietschenden Kühlschrank. Der angegebene Standort stimmt nicht mit der eigentlich Adresse überein. Sie befindet sich außerhalb von Malinska. Rupa Beach ist somit nicht wie angegeben 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, sondern 2km, was 7min mit dem Auto sind, weil man durch das Zentrum von Malinska fahren muss. Wo man noch zusätzlich 40Kuna Parkgebühren pro Tag bezahlen muss. Zu fuß braucht man eine halbe Stunde hin...
