However, this time, the experience was truly excellent and stood out from all my previous visits. A special thanks to Binita from the Front Desk for her warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Her friendly and attentive service made my stay even more pleasant. I would also like to thank the entire team at The Fern for their wonderful service and hospitality. It is always reassuring to return to a place where you feel welcomed and well cared for.
