「The good: staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Snow was cleared promptly. Parking was convenient. Location was good -- central to where we wanted to be. The not-so-good: rooms are stark modern and cold. Not human-friendly. "Desk" (or dining-table) chairs didn't have wheels and so were hard to move. 「Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well.
