Single-family apartment in Porto Colom.
With wifi, air conditioning hot and cold in the living room, ceiling fans, parquet, folding windows with double glazing throughout the house, electric water heater, fully equipped kitchen and paranbebé chair. Maximum capacity for 5 people.

Distribution:
Large dining room when entering, with a relaxation area in front of the TV, two sofas, armchairs, ceiling fan and a balcony on the same floor.
Dining room open to the living room, table and chairs for six people next to the kitchen.
There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All have cabinets with hangers, shoe rack and window.
The master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. A cot can be added if necessary. In the bathroom there is washbasin cabinet with mirror, large shower, bidet, toilet, hair dryer and window.
Another bedroom has two single beds, which can be placed together or separated as appropriate, and
a third bedroom has a
Individual bed.
There is another bathroom with shower, washbasin cabinet with mirror and toilet.

Shower towels and bed linen are left for all guests of the apartment including the cot.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, smoke extractor, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two independent sinks, kitchen cabinets and all kinds of utensils and utensils for cooking.
There is also an iron and ironing board.

Above the building, on another floor is the terrace. There is ample space to relax with great views of the bay, the marina, the lighthouse and the mountains that surround the area.
On the terrace there is a movable awning that covers the central area, the table and the chairs, a space reserved for eating. With comfortable sun loungers to relax and sunbathe, enjoying the beautiful views with total privacy.

IMPORTANT:
It is not allowed to celebrate Parties or Events in this property during your stay.
It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than you have registered when booking.

The apartment is in the area of the church of Porto Colom which is the old area known as "Sa Capella" for being a very picturesque and quiet area.
From the apartment you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

In Porto Colom there are 4 magnificent beaches, three are 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking; are the beaches of Arenal, Es Babo and El Algar (this is a virgin beach)
The other beach is that of Cala Marçal in the other part of the Port. It is a beautiful beach that I recommend visiting just 8 minutes by car.

Appartement très confortable, très propre et très bien placé pour toutes les activités à proximité. La terrasse sur le toit est un vrai plus avec une vue magnifique sur le port et le coucher de soleil. La propriétaire est très sympathique et tout est parfaitement organisé. Perfect Location and Fantastic Roof Terrace

The flat is spacious and immaculate, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The roof terrace is very large and offers a panoramic view (360 degrees) of the town, harbour and hills, from sunrise to sunset. There is a local food shop next to the flat, where you can buy everything , including fresh bread. The restaurant opposite the flat sells very good wood-fired pizza. The restaurants in the harbour are 10 mins walk away (nice walk). Catalina was a great host and recommended places to go and restaurants, including the beach Restaurant S'arenal that we loved! We would happily stay there again if we are back in the area.

Super Lage mit allen Vorteilen

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zentraler Lage direkt am alten Portocolom. Strand, Hafen, Restaurants, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Darüber hinaus eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Einziger Nachteil ist durch die zentrale Lage, dass eins der Zimmer an der Hauptstrasse liegt und tagsüber dann durch den Verkehr etwas lauter lauter ist. Alles in allem aber top. Überlegen jetzt schon, die Unterkunft für nächstes Jahr wieder zu buchen.

Gelungener Aufenthalt mit guter Gastgeberin und schöner Lage

Für unsere Reise im Januar hatten wir uns bewußt für eine Unterkunft an der Süd-Ost-Küste entschieden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor und während der Anreise verlief optimal.Die Übergabe der Wohnung fand zu dem angekündigten Zeitraum ohne Probleme statt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern und ansprechend und entspricht im wesentlichen der Bewerbung. Von der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein faszinierender Blick über den Hafen und die Bucht von Portocolom. Ein wesentliche Abweichung ist die Art der Beheizung. Statt der ausgeschriebenen Zentralheizung stehen drei Öl-Radiatoren in den Schlafräumen und eine Klimanalge im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Über eine Heizmöglichkeit in den Bädern hätten wir uns bei den frischen Außentemperaturen gefreut. Durch die Gastgeberin wurde umgehend auf die Beseitigung auch der kleinsten Mängeln reagiert und stand ständig für Rücksprachen und Hilfestellungen zur Verfügung. Von der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein faszinierender Blick über den Hafen und die Bucht von Portocolom. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen ein herrlicher Ort zum Relaxen. Die Lage der FeWo ist optimal geeignet die herrlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Badebuchten nicht nur an der Süd- und Ost-Küste sondern die gesamte schönen Insel zu erkunden. Mittels des deutschen Inselradios waren wir immer auf dem laufenden und haben das deutsche TV-Programm nicht vermisst. Insgesamt könne wir die FeWo nur weiter empfehlen.

Fabulous apartment in great location

Just come back from a lovely sunny week in Porto Colom. Catalina is a fantastic host, made us very welcome in her excellently equipped apartment. A very comfortable and clean accommodation that is situated a short walk to the harbour and lots of lovely restaurants. The rooftop terrace has a fantastic view and a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks. It was our first time to Portocolom and we loved it, it was fairly quiet, which is just what we wanted and the local beach is a short drive down the road, there are a few sunbeds and umbrellas, but we never managed to get one as they seemed to be reserved earlier than when we got there (10.30 am) however Catalina loaned us a beach 🏖 umbarella do that was fine. There is a very handy small shop a few doors away that sells fresh bread and pastries and a lovely pizza restaurant on the other corner. We also found a very local bar in a square opposite the church which was very handy too. So thank you Catalina for making our holiday so comfortable and enjoyable we hope to see you again in the future. Nina, Miriam and Ann 😎😎😎

Die Vermieterin Catalina ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohng. gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Nicht beschrieben war leider, dass ein Schlafzimmer ZurHauptstraße liegt u. relativ laut ist. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Der Ort ist beschaulich. Allerdings kann man ohne Auto dort nichts anfangen. Uns hat die tolle Terrasse super gefallen. Alles in allem war es war es sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Sie liegt auch in der Nähe vom Strand.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben die Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Von Felantitx könnte man mit dem Auto alle naheliegenden Orte, so wie Steintropfhöhle, Strände bei Cala d’Or, Supermärkte, schnell erreichen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und passt für eine größere Familie. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Good location

Excellent welcome from owner Catalina, explained everything about the apartment and area. Portocolom lovely Spanish fishing port with many great restaurants and bars at good value. Good position to discover South and East of island and great walking and cycling. Sure will be back!

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus und ist gemütlich eingerichtet.Die Aussicht auf die Bucht mit vielen kleinen Booten kann man von der Dachterrasse aus sehr genießen. Catalina ist eine sehr freundliche und offene Vermieterin. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Allerdings sollte in der Domizilbeschreibung erwähnt werden,dass es sich um ein Apartment handelt.In der Beschreibung war ein Einfamilienhaus angegeben und das entspricht nicht der Gegebenheit.

We spent 4 great days in Portocolom, really enjoyed the appartment, and the rooftop terrasse was fantastic. Everything was nice, clean and in perfect order and Catalina a very friendly host. The location of the appartment couldn't be better, easy access to sea at both S'Algar and S'Arenal and to the port -such a nice place!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet, die Bäder modern und gepflegt, die Matratzen sind bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Die Terrasse befindet sich zwar zwei Stockwerke darüber, hat aber einen grandios schönen Ausblick -ideal für die Abende. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung auch noch einen süßen Balkon. W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Portocolom ist touristisch auch nicht in der Hochsaison zu überlaufen. Die Wohnung befindet sich neben einer Pizzeria und einem kleinen Supermarkt - keine Sorge, man bekommt davon überhaupt nichts mit. Die Lage ist prima, zu Fuß ist der Ort ganz schnell zu erreichen. Zu den Stränden sind es keine fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Parken kann man direkt in der Nebenstraße kostenfrei; sind immer Parkplätze frei. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme haben wir keine gefunden, aber einfach HDMI-Kabel mitnehmen, dann läufts übers Notebook. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.
