Bonavida in winter
Amazing views from the room and balcony, right on the beach. Easy walking distance to port- which is a requirement in winter because very little close by is open (15 mins to the centre of the port area). Great service and apartment, only negative was that it was quiet noisy from the adjoining and upstairs rooms.

The location in front of the beach is amazing, even if we didn't have a sea view. The temperature was colder that expected and the rooms were also cold as we did't know that the AC was also for heating. The bed was OK, but the coach was not very confortable to sleep. Friendly garden. Very friendly staff.

Die Bewertungen waren gut, wir waren also in großer Vorfreude vor der Reise - unsere Erwartungen wurden dann sogar noch übertroffen. Das Schlafsofa war schnell aufgeklappt und super bequem, die Wohnung für 3 Erwachsene groß genug, die Aussicht und Lage atemberaubend und die Angestellten superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir sagen DANKE für einen tollen Aufenthalt, für jedes nette Gespräch und den leckeren Pistazienkuchen.

Toller Service, zuvorkommend, Standtücher nach Belieben. Es ist etwas hellhörg, daher nichts für Menschen die das stört - uns hat das nicht gestört und die Lage direkt am Stand ist nicht zu übertreffen. In der Nähe Supermarkt und Restaurants vor allem ist die Pulperia zu empfehlen (wer Tintenfisch mag).

Beach view all day long
This is a really great place if you just want to relax and enjoy the beach. The beach is right in front of the door so you can enjoy the view all day long. The host who helped us check in, is a really nice guy! You can always call him if you need anything. The place was really clean and has everything you need. I would highy recommand this place if you want to stay close to the beach and want to enjoy a few beaches at the Noth side of the island.

Die Lage ist sehr gut für einen Strandurlaub: Der Strand liegt direkt hinter der Gartentür. Im Garten gibt es Liegen und eine Süßwasserdusche, falls man Ruhe haben und trotzdem immer mal wieder ins Wasser springen will. Der Manager Alberto und das Reinigungspersonal sind extrem nett und lösen jedes Problem (bei uns: massiv verspätete Ankunft in der Nacht durch Flugverspätung; defektes Bett) sofort, unkompliziert und superfreundlich. Das Appartment war vollkommen ok mit allem, was wir brauchten. Sogar ein kleiner Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Ungewöhnlich: sehr guter Wasserdruck (Dusche). Wir haben spät gebucht und hatten daher ein Appartment mit Blick zum Vorgarten/zur Straße im zweiten Stock (Treppe, kein Aufzug), Meerblick wäre noch schöner gewesen. Geputzt wird alle 2 Tage, dann gibt es auch neue Handtücher. Zusätzlich sind Strandtücher (1 pro Person) da, sehr praktisch. WLAN funktioniert gut (außer bei Gewitter) Es ist ruhiger und leerer als in Alcudia Beach. Mit (Miet)Auto erreicht man alles auf der Insel schnell. Die Anlage hat keine eigene Parkplätze, aber - wenigstens im Oktober - gibt es in wenigen Schritt Entfernung am Straßenrand reichlich freie kostenlose Parkplätze. Nicht so gut fanden wir: sehr viele und stechfreudige Mücken (dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts); Anlage ist recht hellhörig; die Küchenzeile könnte ein schärferes Messer und bessere Schwämme/Küchenhandtücher gebrauchen. Gesamteindruck sehr gut!

Lage war perfekt, traumhafter Blick auf den wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Strand! Ausstattung der Küche ist leider sehr minimalistisch, für ein Frühstück hat das Geschirr gerade gereicht, Badezimmer auch sehr klein mit kaum Stauraum. Ruhige Lage, Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß entlang der Strandpromenade leicht erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Appartement, wo man dem Massentourismus von Mallorca wirklich entgehen kann! Sehr zu empfehlen ! Lg Tini aus Österreich

Bei uns ist nicht alles fair gelaufen bei Mar Salada Apartment obwohl es so gelobt wird. Wir haben ein Apartment mit Meerblick gebucht aber mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit eines mit Blick hintenraus auf die Quartierstrasse erhalten. Wir haben Apartment mit Frühstück gebucht. Der Manager hat uns vor Ort mit der Tatsache konfrontiert das sie kein Frühstück mehr anbieten,( wäre angemessen gewesen uns vorab mit den Änderungen zu konfrontieren sodas wir uns hätten entscheiden können ob das für uns stimmt oder ob wir unter diesen Umständen ein anderes Hotel oder Apartment bevorzugen.) Er gab uns eine Adresse von einem anderen Hotel wo er uns hinschickte für das Frühstück. Er hat uns für die Fahrt dorthin Hoteleigene Fahrräder angeboten . Mit zügigem Tempo erreichten wir das Hotel in 15 Minuten nass geschwitzt.In einem teilklimatisierten grossen Hotelkomplex mit 200 ander Gästen durften wir nach unserem 15 Minuten Fahrrad Marathon das Frühstück einnehmen ( genau das was wir nicht wollten und schon gar nicht 15 Minuten Fahrradfahren um das Frühstücksbuffet zu erreichen) Als wir den Manager mit den unglücklichen Umständen konfrontierten und um eine Finanzielle Rückerstattung anfragten wurde das abgewiesen mit der Begründung das wir ja kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen hätten. Unglaublich

Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben ein Appartement für 3 Personen gebucht. Das Appartement ist völlig ungeeignet für 3 Personen. Es ist zu klein. Wenn man das Bettsofa im Wohnbereich ausklappt, kann man sich kaum mehr bewegen, der Ausgang zum Balkon ist versperrt. Den Koffer auszupacken lohnt sich nicht, denn man weiss gar nicht wohin mit den Sachen. ( Man lebt quasi aus der Koffer) Im Schlafzimmer hat es einen offenen Schrank und 2 Tablare. Auf dem Balkon hat es 2 Stühle. Auf Anfrage, ob wir einen dritten Stuhl haben könnten, kam die Antwort: Nein, gibt es nicht. 2 Weingläser, 2 Zahnputzgläser, 2 Strandtücher. Und das in einem Appartement, welches für 3 Personen angeboten wird. Für 2 Personen top, aber nicht für 3. Leider täuschen auch die wunderschönen Bilder der Zimmer im Internet. Die Realität ist leider anders. Doch wir hatten trotz allem einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist top, schöner Strand und tolles Meer.

Si può migliorare
Appartamento eccezionale (quello vista mare),praticamente sulla spiaggia,distante 20 minuti a piedi dal porto ma si raggiunge facilmente con una passeggiata lungomare, buona pulizia ogni 2 giorni, solo una volta non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, personale simpaticissimo (soprattutto il titolare Alberto) e disponibile. Unica pecca l'insonorizzazione della camera,praticamente sentivi chiaramente qualsiasi rumore delle camere attigue e di notte non era affatto piacevole soprattutto per la presenza di giovani vivaci.

Velmi klidné prostředí, směrem do zahrady klidná ulice, přístup k moři perfektní = TOP, pěkná zahrada s lehátky, velikost apartmánu max do 28m2 nikoli 40m2 jak uvídí Hotels.com, apartmán není ideální pro 4 osoby, max 3 osoby. Rozkládací sedačka je mizerná, proleželá 170cm dlouhá, vybavení pokoje jsou težká 90léta, včetně koupelny, vybavení zastaralé, ale funkční. Na fotkách dělají pokoje lepší dojem, než je realita. Ložnice mají společné okno do šachtice, kde jsou okna z koupelny a kanalizace střechy - silný zápach. Alberto - správce perfektní přístup, reklamaci pokoje řešil, ale každý pokoj je +- podobný, nemělo smysl nic měnit. Prostředí a hlavně blízkost na pláž kompenzovalo zklamání z pokoje. Krásná bílá písečná pláž, velmi pozvolný a dlouhý vstup do moře. Úklid pokoje a nové ručníky co druhý den.

This property is right on the beach front - I literally rolled out of bed had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the quiet and well maintained garden, then walked down the stairs to the beach! The sandy beach and sea are beautiful here. We could easily nip back up the apartment for lunch etc. The manager was very helpful and the maids worked around us (we sleep in a lot), we rented bikes - also from the manager who gave us advice and directions etc.. There is a shop with everything you need round the corner, however previous people had left umbrellas and air beds for everyone to use, which very handy and recycling friendly! We left ours. About 200 meters down the beach myself and my daughter windsurfed (this was excellent fun and value) and also did the banana boat (my daughter liked this – not me so much). It is a quiet part of Alcudia but that was what we wanted, but very picturesque. However if you prefer the more lively side it is an easy walk away too. All in all, we would recommend these apartments and if returning to Alcudia would definitely stay there again.

The cleaning service could be better, it was unorganized and some days the did not clean our appartment. In the kitchen you have less than the basics. The location is perfect (beach really close). The people working there were very friendly.

Schöner Blick,schöner Garten und toller Strand direkt davor! Gute Idee,dass mittlerweile auch Frühstück auf dem Dach angeboten wird. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Mietwagen - die Unterstützung und Hilfsbereitschaft von Alberto,dem Leiter der Anlage war einzigartig! Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle! Er kümmert sich einfach um alles und hat auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge,Restaurants etc.... Wir haben die Woche im Mar Salada sehr genossen.

Perfect stay
Everything was amazing. I was a bit nervous at first because there were no reviews but the apartment is exactly as is on the pictures. This is a residential building turned into a vacation rental and for me this was perfect because the unit included a full kitchenette, balcony with beach views, separate bedroom, living area and everything was just as is described. The apartment was very clean and well kept in an area that was so peaceful and safe. A short walk by the beach to the center. This is a family friendly, solo traveler friendly, traveling with friends friendly place. I'm honestly recommending to anyone. The staff, starting with Alberto, were there to answer all my questions and helped me feel at home. The wifi connection was also great and I was able to stay connected with my family back home. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Vue magnifique sur la plage. Nettoyage tous les 2 jours. Le linge est très propre. Proximité de la plage. Accueil très bien
