Exactly what we have expected

Beuatiful view, quiet still easy accessable, warm welcome by the host and an excelent welcome Dinner as well as Paella evening. On top, the weather was brilliant :-)

Amazing Villa

Fantastic villa in a great location, giving wonderful views down to the sea. The huge pool was the best we have ever seen. Communication with the owners was fast and reassuring, with any questions we had. The outside space was great and we used the outdoor kitchens every night. The only issues we had was a lack of pillows (only 1 per person and no spares available as other beds were not made up), and a lack of air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. We used the aircon in 2 bedrooms over night only and this took us 60 Euros over the included electricity for the week - which was a surprise to us. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Hidden extra expenses for pretty much everything , beware! Pool was not cleaned and was covered in Algae so could not use for a couple of days, Beds are very uncomfortable , no bin collection, the owner was extremely rude to us over email. Do not recommend.

Fabulous holiday !!

Myself and my family have just returned from this villa (2 adults and 3 children). It totally exceeded our expectations. We were met promptly at the villa and received keys and instructions from Bea - such a lovely smiley helpful lady. Plus a beautiful tasty brunch awaited us. The villa is really spacious and really clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. The lounge areas were spotless and inviting. Bedrooms were also spacious and very clean. Beds super comfy (would have preferred harder pillows, and couldn’t find any extras ….but this is really a small point and didn’t affect overall sleep for us all) Showers always had hot water plus toiletries were left which was a really nice touch. Towels clean and soft and plenty of them. The grounds surrounding the villa are vast. I didn’t realise from the photos just how big the footprint was. It was lovely to feel secluded. Just what we wanted as a family. The gardener does an awesome job. The grass, plants and pool area are immaculate. Credit to him. For the kids they loved the darts and especially the table tennis table. For teens these little touches mean so much. As it gives them something to do to break up the day or a change from jumping and playing in the pool ! WiFi brilliant inside and outside villa. (Just a little extra - it would have been nice to have the information book in English too) But for myself and my husband … we LOVED the view through the picture window as you walked into the villa - a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the grounds with AMAZING sea views in the distance. It took our breath away. Stunning ! The photos don’t do it justice ! We wanted and needed a family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. To recharge. And spend quality time together. This villa and property gave us just that. Can’t wait to return. Thankyou Finca Via Verde ❤️

Fabulous villa, amazing grounds and views

Well equipped, luxurious with high end furnishings. Very comfortable Only small criticism, we were not keen on thin, individual duvets ( I know some Europeans prefer them). Some pillows need replacing. Towels were a little small, we prefer a bath sheet. Car essential as nothing in walkable range Overall though we enjoyed our time in the villa. Handover with Bea was good except for language barrier but we got by with my minimal Spanishp

Eine super schöne Finca . Für Menschen, die im Urlaub Getümmel vermeiden wollen, ist diese Finca genau das Richtige. Bis auf den angekündigten Gemüsegarten , welcher leider nicht vorhanden war, hat alles gestimmt. Wir haben nächstes Jahr direkt wieder gebucht.

Sehr schöne Finca für einen wundervollen Urlaub

Wir waren zu acht in der großen und wunderschönen Finca und sind noch total begeistert von unserem Urlaub! Das Haus, der Pool und das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr sauber und topp gepflegt. In der Finca fehlt es den Urlaubern an nichts, in der Küche und im Waschraum findet sich wirklich alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist riesig und lädt sogar zum Bahnenschwimmen ein. Rings um den Pool und in einer großen überdachten Ourdoor Lounge gibt es stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung für gemütliche Abende im Freien. Wir empfehlen die separate Buchung einer Merianda (bei Ankunft stehen schon verschiedene mallorquinische Köstlichkeiten für euch auf dem Tisch). Super lecker und ein toller Start in den Urlaub! Wir haben auch die Pealla gebucht, die euch live zubereitet wird. Die Paella von Bea hat fantastisch geschmeckt und ersparte uns den Weg in ein Restaurant. In der tollen Atmosphäre der Finca konnten wir die Paella noch besser genießen als in einem guten mallorquinischen Restaurant! Wer diese Finca bucht, entscheidet sich unserer Meinung nach für eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Urlaub nach jedem Geschmack! Entspannen und die Ruhe der Umgebung genießen oder in wenigen Minuten im Trubel zum Beispiel von Porto Cristo sein - alles machbar! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder…

Tolle Finca

Die Finca entspricht des Beschreibung in der Anzeige und ist sehr schön eingerichtet.Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Haushälterin hat uns mit einem umfangreichen und köstlichen Essen empfangen und uns am vorletzten Abend eine sehr schmackhafte Paella zubereitet. Leider konnten wir die 5 großen Fernseher im Haus nicht benutzen, da die SAT-Anlage ausgefallen war. Wir können die Finca sehr empfehlen.

Traumhafter zweiter Aufenthalt in der Finca Via Verde

Da uns unser erster Aufenthalt in der Finca Via Verde schon so gut gefallen hat, wollten wir unbedingt nochmal herkommen. Und was sollen wir sagen, es war wieder genauso schön und erholsam. Nur, dass dieses Mal (frühere Reisezeit) der Pool etwas sehr kalt war. Das hat die Kinder aber weniger gestört. Aufgrund des wechselhaften Wetters, haben wir dieses Mal auch öfters kleine Ausflüge gemacht. Man kann von der Finca aus mit dem Mietwagen wirklich viele tolle Strände oder kleine Örtchen zum Bummeln oder Schlemmen erreichen. Auch viele tolle Märkte sind im Umkreis. Bei gutem Wetter haben wir die ganzen Vorteile der Finca ausgenutzt: den XXL-Pool, die tolle Outdoorküche, Tischtennis, Dart, und und und. Einziger Minuspunkt war dieses Mal, dass der Check-in sehr verspätet stattgefunden hat. Trotzdem kommen wir sicherlich wieder! Danke an Michael, Elisabeth, Pinya und Bea

Traumhafte Finca in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben leider nur einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Finca gehabt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen.Den Kaffeevollautomat haben wir sehr gern genutzt. Der große Infinity-Pool war einfach großartig.Die Bilder auf der Website können eigentlich nicht im Ansatz die Schönheit des Objekts und die Lage mit der damit verbundenen Stimmung wiedergeben.Es ist geradezu ein herrschaftliches Anwesen. Soweit kleinere Mängel vorhanden waren,wurden diese unverzüglich durch den Vermieter zur Behebung in Auftrag gegeben. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht,dass die nicht unerhebliche Endreinigungsgebühr in dem Inserat offen erwähnt wird und nicht auf einen während des Buchungsvorgangs als Anlage beigefügten Mietvertrag verwiesen wird,in dem man nicht unbedingt eine solche hohe Gebühr erwartet. Dies hat hier zunächst für Verärgerung gesorgt,während ich in der Nachschau feststellen muss,dass die Höhe dieser Gebühr durch den Umfang der vorzunehmenden Reinigung und der Größe des Objektes auch gerechtfertigt werden kann. Ich empfehle die Finca auf jeden Fall weiter und würde mich sehr freuen,mal wieder selbst anreisen zu können.

Liebe Elisabeth und Michael, liebe Bea und Pinya, Wir durften als Saisoneröffner die 5 Tage bei Euch geniessen👍 Drei Generationen mit acht Personen! Die Paella war der Burner und der Service und die Finca ein Traum! Alle sind gut in der Schweiz angekommen und schwärmen immer noch von den Erlebnissen! Danke für die tolle Zeit👌✌️

Perfekte Finca, tolle Aussicht

Waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern eine Woche im Oktober da. Platz mehr als genug für alle. Die Finca ist perfekt, innen wie außen. Alles da was man braucht, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten hervorragend groß und bequem. Der riesige Pool war das Highlight und oft genutzt. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf Pool, Garten und Meer...es gäbe so viel zu erzählen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Michael und sein Team.

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende auf der Finca verbracht. Zu Beginn haben wir eine leckere Paella zubereitet bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und geräumig und der Garten sowie der Pool sehr einladend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Absolute Empfehlung

Es war der perfekteste Urlaub, den wir je gemacht haben! Es hat einfach alles gestimmt: von der Kommunikation im Vorfeld bis hin zum Urlaub selbst. Die Finca ist ein wahr gewordener Traum, der absolut keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Im Nachhinein wären wir gerne länger geblieben und es wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein!
