Derfor gør vi vores bedste for at tilbyde værelset før det planlagte check-in-tidspunkt, men som jeg sagde, opgraderede jeg dig til et premium-værelse uden beregning i stedet for standard-dobbeltværelset for din komfort, og fordi det ville være klar i god tid før kl. 15.00. Jeg er ked af den ekstra tid, du ventede, da rengøringen tog længere tid end forventet. Det blev dog leveret timer før den officielle check-in-tid.På den anden side forstår vi, at den inkluderede morgenmad ikke angiver, hvor mange kopper kaffe, appelsinjuice, bakker med koldt kød eller skåle. Hvis dette har skabt forvirring, vil jeg præcisere morgenmadsmenuen ved at inkludere mængderne pr. person.Med venlig hilsen
