Staff are really friendly and helpful and so welcoming. Nice cosy little room with air conditioning. The area is right next to the beach and loads of restaurants. Loads of supermarkets and aldi just 15 minutes away. There’s boat trips/jet ski about 20 minute walk from hotel. I should done more exploring but you can get a taxi for around 10 minutes where you can book activities (I saw on the way back). I checked in online so all I needed to do was show passport. Check in and check was smooth. Would definitely stay here again. And it’s great because no kids allowed! There a huge seating area inside where reception is and then some space to sit outside. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend. Thank you!!

The hotel was very nice and and very clean. Staff was very helpful and check in and check out was fast and efficient. Only thing is if you are driving a car, it is hard to find parking near the hotel. There is no parking lots, only street parking. Some days we would have to park 5 blocks down. Just be aware of that, but overall it was a good stay and I would use this hotel again.

Das Badezimmer war ganz anders als auf den Bildern, sehr verkalkt und auch eine Badewanne statt einer normalen Dusche. Die Betten sind auch nicht sehr bequem gewesen und der Pool sieht auf den Bildern viel größer aus als man denkt. Ebenso hatten wir Probleme mit dem Chip für das Zimmer. Ab und zu hat einer der Chips nicht funktioniert. Das Personal hingegen war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, auch die Snackbar war vielseitig. Das Buffet war in Ordnung, nichts außergewöhnliches.

I recently stayed at Hotel THB Gran Playa and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants, which made exploring super convenient. The breakfast was definitely a highlight – lots of variety, fresh options, and well-stocked each morning (vegan options were limited however). I also made good use of the gym, which had everything I needed, though it would be even better if it opened earlier in the morning. The staff were generally helpful, with some being especially friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable, although it could’ve been cleaned a bit more thoroughly during my stay. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and relaxed. While there were a few small areas for improvement, I’d still recommend THB Gran Playa to anyone looking for a nice base in the area.

A well designed, attractive and well located hotel. I liked this hotel very much. The staff were exceptional, especially the reception team, restaurant team and spa therapist. My room was spotless, great shops, bars and restaurants on the same road and the beach just behind the hotel. Loved every minute of my stay.

Loved my stay at THB Gran Playa – Adults Only! Booked through Expedia and everything went super smooth. The staff were incredible – big thanks to the team at reception, the barmen, and especially Jose and Antonio in the kitchen. Always friendly, always smiling. The hotel is clean, chill, and in a great spot. Evenings were super romantic — great sunsets, cozy restaurants, and peaceful walks by the sea. Met some cool, confident guests too, which added to the good vibes. Would definitely come back. Great place to relax and enjoy Mallorca as an adult.

Hotel ist sauber, gut gelegen und das Personal ist höflich, hilfsbereit ohne diese übertriebene, gekünstelte Freundlichkeit. Zimmer sind klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Essen ist gut. Mein Aufenthalt war 4 Tage und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche Essen am Büffet. lwdiglich die „Spezials des Tages“ wechselten sich täglich ab. ( z. b Dönerspieß, Ganzer Truthahn am Stück vom Grill…) Alles in allem würde ich sagen: das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

I've said terrible to all you're questions. I never got the opportunity to rate the hotel, as my flight to Palma was cancelled through no fault of my own, and yet the manager refused a refund. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Im großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Badezimmer. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wird lediglich das Bett gemacht und frische Handtücher hin gehangen - wir hatten leider die ganze Woche über den Sand vom Strand im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - wir hatten extra nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt. Die Auswahl sowohl beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist groß und es ist eig immer für jeden etwas dabei. Das Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr. Die Lage ist wirklich super, man ist direkt am Strand und in der Umgebung ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Auch Parkplätze für größere Autos sind kein Problem.

In einem Wort: perfekt. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Es gibt ständig neue Handtücher und eigene Pool Handtücher. Am Pool kann man super entspannen, es gibt eine Bar, Liegen, Stühle und stets einen Bademeister. Die Zimmer inklusive des Bads waren sehr sauber. Das Personal immer nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen am Buffet sehr lecker und vielfältig, wobei es im Vergleich zu anderen Hotelbuffets etwas Verbesserungsbefarf bei den Nachspeisen gibt. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsames Hotel und eine entspannte Umgebung. Geeignet zum Herunterkommen.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück absolut in Ordnung. Beim Abendessen findet jeder was aber spätestens am 4. Tag hatt man lust auf was anderes. Leider ist der Poolbereich viel zu klein. Zwischen den Liegen und dem Pool sind nur 60cm Platz um durch zu laufen. Da müsste dringend was verändert werden. Zimmer, Betten, Cocktail‘s und Personal waren allerdings einwandfrei.
