「We enjoyed the quiet, wooded setting. The cabin is new and nicely appointed. We enjoyed visiting the Almanzo Wilder farm, hiking, and visiting Saranac Lake and the Eisenhower Lock on the St. Lawrence River. Plenty to do, but the cabin is also nice for relaxing. The firepit was great also.」

「Or cabin was beautiful! It’s amazing what they did with this space. We were very comfortable and cannot wait to return! We truly enjoyed the outdoor space. I was making coffee on Saturday and three deer visited the site. Such a peaceful place to get away and relax. 」

「This historical home is just so cool. My kids kept finding new treasures throughout the home. We used it as homebase for my son's wedding and extended family and friends were very comfortable. 「The fishing cabin was just what we needed for a peaceful long weekend! It was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the outdoors sitting on the porch. It was great to be able to grill out and have a fire. We did a little finishing and managed to catch a couple rainbow trout! The property is very private and Tim was great with communication. Our dog was able to come too which was a huge bonus. We loved all the fishing gear, decor, and books...

「The lake is gorgeous and the location was perfect -- secluded and private but also convenient to town. We were very comfortable at the cabin (even when it got down to 40 degrees one night) and would certainly go back. During our stay especially enjoyed the walking trail in the woods where the house is located, kayaking and swimming in the lake, and hearing the calls of loons in the evenings. 」

「This was the perfect cozy cabin for our winter vacation. It is perfect if you love a private peaceful scene in the woods. About 30 minutes from towns. Very comfortable, and the Mary is incredibly responsive and helpful. We went to towns, ice fishing on the private lake, had ourselves a day catching so many perch, and relaxed by the fire inside. Highly recommend if you like the quietness of the woods and being outdoors as lots of trails and hikes to do as well!」
