「很好」

「The KIA was a rambling group of individual rooms, somewhat hard to navigate. The rooms were adequate, however the AC did not work. Luckily it was cool enough outside to open the windows. The airport is minutes away and the shuttle is easy to schedule. Had a nice pizza in the bar. The pool is good.」

「An amazing lodge with the breathtaking views of the crater. Great rooms, practical location, and a swimming pool thats gonna make you speechless We can’t wait to get back to this unforgettable lodge 」

「Very nice staff.」

「Phenomenal hotel to stay and wait for our Safari to start! Staff was wonderful and property is well kept.」

「The service in the lodge of resturant is cold and My prada eyewear and box got lost in restraunt when restaurant manager is preparing the table. while the cctvs did not founction well during the time of theft. The lodge manager Dismas simba did not say anything sorry and do not care if i post the experience to other places. i filed the case in local police. police is going to investigate and ask them why all the cctvs failed to work just during the time of theft.」

「酒店房间太小，厕所地漏太牛逼了，洗完澡水都漫到卧室了。提前一个周预定了房间并收取了费用，入住当天居然前台说没房间了，也没有任何邮件及电话通知，总之整个体验太糟糕了。」

「lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough.」
