「Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. 」

「Pools were nice and open until 10. Jacuzzi had vegetation possibly from the wind but still off putting. Would have been nice to have staff to clean with a net a few more times day/night. Temperature of jacuzzi was great. Beach was beautiful but only swam in this beach once. The real better beach is Dorado Beach (amazing beach) about 12 min walk from hotel. Loved breakfast! Great location. Would stay here again! 」

「We really enjoyed our one night stay here prior to embarking. The space is clean and perfect for two people. Felt safe behind both our door and the gates to the property. The area feels very local, and provided a good walking spot to explore during the day. Only minor complaint is the bed was a little firm (partially our preference), and would be better with more pillows in addition to the decorative ones. Also, we did not utilize the parking but there are several spots that could be used if you...

「Good location but the worst facilities. It was frozen at night, the elevator didn’t work, noisy room without windows, no phone no chair, no water to drink horrible experience.」

「The first part of our group checked in early. When the second group arrived. Staff just gave key access without checking ID. We choose this hotel because of name status. It did live up to the name nor the cost.」

「It is in a good location. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in was done smoothly. The breakfast was ok, considering it was free due to us staying there. The room could have been a bit more clean, especially the refrigerator, and oven. The sofa was a bit worn out, so maybe updated furniture would help. Overall, the price, the location, and the staff is what made our stay a pleasant experience.」
