The hotel was very nice. The lobby and staff was very welcoming.. the cafe was also very good and the staff was friendly.. there are beach chairs for the hotel at the beach.. just bring towels with you as we went twice and was advised the hotel did not bring them towels to give to the guest.. the room we had was ocean view which was nice room was spacious enough for sleeping and getting ready.. house keeping cleaned but did not take all the garbage or provide additional toilet paper so we had to call for that.. overall location was good quick uber or walk to most places.. I would stay here again

Great location, the rooms are very noisy all night long you hear the traffic, cars honking, music playing we complained to the front desk and they gave us ear plugs that were actually helpful. Overall a great location and the beach club is great but if you don't plan to sleep then this is the place to be . Also hot tub was amazing so hot.

Close to the beach. A little noisy because it’s on the main road that comes on to Condado Beach. Will stay again. Room was clean comfortable and staff was friendly. Walkable to restaurants and the casino at the Marriot.

I’m a returning guest at Condado Palm. Facility is nice, staff accommodating, and best it’s just a block from the ocean. Hotel has its own beachfront seating, with umbrellas, that is monitored. A++++

Was a very nice property, bed and pillows are really comfortable, did not want to get out of bed haha. And it’s close to the beach and a lot of restaurants in the area.

Our stay was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. Perfect location, a minute walk to the beach. It is on a quiet street but yet a less than a minute walk from all the bars and restaurants in the area.

This was my first time in PR and we adored our stay here. The hotel is so beautiful, a block from the beach. You get complimentary beach chairs and towels right on the shore. The pool/jacuzzi area was always clean, never crowded. You can tan or just hang by the pool for hours. The room itself was gorgeous! We got a corner two queen room on the corner with a beach side view and it was so worth it. The room was cleaned every day like clockwork. We had two issues with the shower which were replaced within 2 hours of us complaining. The staff are very nice and willing to help. We plan on staying here again when we’re back in PR!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Condado! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with easy parking and plenty of great food options nearby. The attached restaurant is absolutely amazing, some of the best meals I had during my trip. I felt safe the entire time, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. The overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable and at peace. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

I enjoyed my stay here at Condado Palm Inn Hilton! It’s two minutes from the beach, they have bikes you can use to explore, there’s a cafe and restaurant in the building so you have food options if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. There’s a pool and hot tub and I loved the interior design. Earthy and Chic! The staff was very helpful the text option made it easy to get in contact because it was difficult to reach the front desk via phone. We were on hold and it would reconnect to the main menu multiple times.The only other issue we had were a roach in the bathroom which they sent someone to take care of but they did not have any spray. Luckily they offered us to switch rooms. Overall when I return to Puerto Rico I would love to stay here again.
