Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good ...

The Royal sonesta was a great stay! Will book again when in the area. Perfectly located near the airport and the beach. Walkable area. Customer service was excellent! They really go above and beyond to give you a top tier vacation vibe and experience.

Do NOT stay at Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort. The “oceanfront” room was not oceanfront at all. The room smelled like mildew, had mold in the air unit, peeling paint on the balcony, and dust and hair all over the floors. The floors were so dirty when you wiped them the rag was black. ...
