This fabulous, 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath rustic luxury condo is just 6 blocks from Mammoth's famed skiing, golf, hiking, biking and more! Sleeps 6!

Big and bright, this first-class mountain getaway offers lots of light, updated furnishings, gourmet kitchen, complimentary WiFi, parking for 2 cars (with a private 1 car garage), and available outdoor guest parking.

The Master bedroom has a comfy Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a full bath (shared), featuring beautiful custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The loft offers plenty of sleeping options with a Full-sized bed and an additional pair of split Twin beds and ensuite full bath.

The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings blends kitchen, dining and living rooms into a family-friendly hang out that maximizes the space. Kick back in the living room with a cup of cocoa in front of the authentic "fire view" wood-burning stove, or turn the game on the flat screen TV with DVD/cable. Enjoy the views from the private deck just off the living room, and the community amenities including: (seasonal) swimming pool and BBQs, hot tub, coin laundry and private 1 car garage.

All that Mammoth has to offer is within easy reach with numerous shops and restaurants just outside your door, and complimentary access to the town shuttle for everything, including golf, tennis, hiking, biking, fishing, climbing, and of course, the world famous ski resort!

There are two parking spots with this unit. One is in assigned the garage (space #90) and one is unassigned street parking.

It was a decent place to stay. It was very dark inside, much darker than the photos. We had one problem with a toilet and maintenance was very quick to fix it.

Great trip

The location was great , closer to town then I thought but far away to have a great views of the night sky. Lake mary was a nice drive, the plenty of hot water and things to do.

Wonderful family get together

This condo was perfect for our needs - great location, easy access to gorgeous natural lakes and mountains, amazing kitchen supplies, comfortable & cozy. The only improvement to suggest would be to upgrade the mattresses on the twin beds. Otherwise, it was perfect and we loved staying there. Thank you so much.

Very nice condo. Liked that it had a garage. Kitchen had everything to make our stay complete. Tv in every room was a nice addition. Great central location. Table fan in downstairs bedroom didn’t work bu thankfully there was a floor fan. Highly recommend!!

Ski Trip

Had an awesome time at the condo! Location was close enough to the bus stop and a very short drive from eagle lodge which was nice. Really clean and well maintained and we have nothing negative to say! The check out instructions are a bit intense but it also definitely explains why the unit was in such great shape when we got there, would absolutely stay again!

Cozy cabin

We mostly enjoyed our stay at this cabin and our time in Mammoth. The property was very clean and organized and the check-in and out was easy. We really enjoyed the fireplace unit as well. I will say that as it was mentioned in other reviews, the beds were uncomfortably hard and none of my family slept well on any of the beds. I realize I could have asked for toppers, but was hoping it was just a bad night.

Cozy place

The condo is perfect for a small family or a group of friends. We enjoyed our stay though the bed in the main bedroom was pretty uncomfortable. The furnishings are dated but it's a great spot for the price in Mammoth Lakes. The cozy nook in the living room was so nice one of our party decided to use that as his sleeping spot. I will say their checkout procedures are a little overdone and the associated fines with not complying are steep ($45 for not putting the ipad back on the charger).

Great Mammoth Cabin

Great cabin and accommodations. Wood burning fireplace was amazing. The only issue was the TV not allowing netflix to stream but other than that it was a comfy place to relax after a long day on the slopes.

Christmas getaway

We loved the Bigwood Condo. The wall decor really made it feel like we were in a cabin in the woods. This condo was very comfortable for 4 adults, a teen and a child. We loved the Master bedroom. The upstairs was the perfect place for one adult, a teen and a child. the livingroom was very comfortable for the 4th adult. Shopping, the Village and snow was very easy to get to. We plan on staying here again next time we go to Mammoth.

Great place

My family of 5 stayed here for a quick weekend in Mammoth. We have 3 kids (ages 10-15) and it was a great space for all of us. Plenty of room for the kids in the upstairs bedroom.

Beautiful place

Property manager had property misrepresented. We rented specifically for the closeness to town and community sauna. The property was clean and close to town however there was no sauna. When asked about why the misunderstanding, they stated, they only offer (on app) what is available? I let them know that photo 19 showed a community sauna. I was a little disappointed by this. Other than that the experience was good.

Clean townhouse, good location, quiet space. Decor was not my style. I was disappointed to not be able to sit on the deck as it was filled with firewood. Easy check in and check out.

Great set up

We enjoyed our stay and love the upstairs with separate bedroom and bathroom. It was comfy and clean. Wood stove was nice to have on a rainy day. Kitchen was well stocked. If I have to be picky, the lighting upstairs in the bedroom could be more bright.

Family Vacation

We are happy to stay here and I gave all 4 stars. We got email to explain about check in/check out with detailed information. That's good. The balcony has a big plastic piled 1/3 of the space. The owner needs to remove it so we guess can sit outside. I would suggest we have couple outdoor chairs. Over all, we are happy stay here.
