Our entry is keyless and easy to enter front door lock. You will receive your own unique code to enter the premises during your stay.
NO animals/NO PETS allowed. Please, if you must travel with your animal/pet, we ask that you honor our wishes and find another place to stay. We love animals, but we have numerous family members who suffer from allergies to animal dog/cat dander and smoke; and we strive very hard to keep the condo as safe as possible for all our guests with sensitivities. Please don't ask us to bend the rules. We are truly looking out for all our sensitive guests.
NO SMOKING/NO VAPING of any kind within 30 feet of entrance of any building/unit. Please do NOT smoke on the porch or deck. Both Mammoth and Complex municipal code states at least 30 feet from any dwelling or building/structure.
Bedrooms have plush, pillow top mattresses with comfy linens and pillows. 1 king, 1 queen bed. couch also makes into queen.
The kitchen is a dream, is fully equipped and stocked!! Hexclad pots and pans, bake wear, serving bowls, ice bucket and barware/cocktail prep., cooking knives, baking utensils, Keurig and drip coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, blender, tea pot, microwave, rice cooker, crock pot.
We also provide some coffee pods, coffee filters, creamers, tea bags, sugar packets, hot choc pods, spices....
Bathrooms have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Qtips, makeup remover towelettes. Master bath has hair dryer, lighted-magnifying vanity. Plush towels plus Jacuzzi towels in hall closet.
Our welcome book provides great info for hikes, restaurants and things to do.
