Old and worn out

This property is very dated. There are multiple warnings in the condo posted about not turning the frig up cause it will break it or space showers far apart cause the water heater can’t keep up. The condo is also not very clean mostly due to its age and lack of upkeep. There is mildew and mold in the bathrooms and around the edges of the carpet. On first evening of stay found a mouse running across the family room. Contacted host and they said “they would work on it”. No one ever got back with us or helped us with it. Mice are a huge health hazard especially in Mammoth Lakes. I asked the host to move us to another property but they wouldn’t. Host is a large property manager and had other condos in the same complex. Would not stay with that host or this condo again.

Old and outdated

Did not have a good experience. The condo is very old and outdated, not clean (found mold and mildew throughout), and we found a mouse on first evening. Contacted host and they said they would do something about it and contact me, but nothing was done. Very bad experience with condo and host.
