Great condo! Everything worked, super cozy, and great hot tub facility. I would highly recommend this condo for a family coming up to ski.

Overall the unit was clean and comfortable but there were a few things of note that would have made our stay better. The advertisement needs to be updated to include the fact that the laundry room is located in the building near the pool/hot tubs, and requires download of an app and loading of money into the account to wash/dry laundry (it is no longer coin operated and costs 5 to wash/dry 1 load). I asked about the cost of washing a load prior to our arrival and there was no response from management. The roku in the bedroom was not working, we had to purchase our own and hook it up. There were no washcloths, only bath and hand towels, and only 2 allotted rolls of toilet paper for the entire week (you have to buy your own after that). The pullout couch bed is incredibly uncomfortable (you can feel the bars through the thin mattress) and doesn't lay flat (the end of the bed where your feet go were elevated above the top part of the bed where your head goes). Despite these things, we would still stay here again, but would come prepared knowing these things ahead of time.

Amazing location, great complex with lots of amenities. Beds, kitchen, bathrooms clean and well stocked. Condo overall was just OK, small beds were both uncomfortable, most of the dishes in the kitchen were chipped and/or mismatched, much like the utensils and there was only one small spoon (odd). A couple easy improvements and the rental could be much better. Close to the mountain and the village and plenty to do in Mammoth.

Great place, clean

Our stay was great. This place was clean and cozy. Everything seemed upgraded. Soaps and towels and basic needs in the kitchen were provided. Overall, I would recommend and stay here again.

Nice place to stay at Canyon

A very nice place, which we have stayed many times over the years. When there is just two of us, the one bedroom works great. We love to walk across to Austria Hof for dinner and drinks without the driving and parking hassles at the village.

July 4 trip

The condo was just as described. It is in a great location, even though Canyon Lodge was closed for the season. There were only the two of us but it could have easily accomodated 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome cozy cabin right next to skiing

Loved the stay in everyway. Host was very kind and responsive. Location of the cabin is two blocks walk to Canyon Lodge which is super awesome. You can start skiing day from Canyon express and many other chairs to different sides of the mountain. It is centrally located on the trail map..cabin was equipped with everything we needed.. to sometimes cook a breakfast etc. and eat home.

5 star location for a getaway

Sweet and efficient condo couldn't be in a better location! Did not make time to check out the building amenities (hot tub, etc.) but we sure had a good time.

Excellent condo, Great Location, Perfect Accommodations, Definitely Recommend

Place was great and had just about everything we needed. Super nice to be able to walk to the lifts at Canyon Lodge. Being on the first floor made it more convenient to get to. Had Keurig Machine which was nice. Would have been nice to have underground parking so that I wouldn't have had to dig out my car from the snow. And an indoor pool/spa would also be nice. Of course these are both hard to find in rental units.

Great Stay

It was a great stay. Condo was walking distance to Canyon Lodge and close to shuttle stop. It was clean. My only complaint was there was no closet space. The closets were locked so we couldn't hang our jackets or clothes. Overall, it was a great stay

Slope side Ski Getaway

This is a very cute and cozy condo. It had everything we needed for a two-night stay (the smart tv with all the apps was a plus too). We didn’t do much cooking, but it seemed to be fairly well stocked with cooking utensils, and there was plenty of coffee/creamer available too. As far as location, It’s a very short walk up to the first chair lift, and it’s right on the bus line if you want to go out to dinner in town without driving. The property has two large hot tubs that are right across from the building. Finding parking at the condo was easy, and we were able to park very close to the unit. The heating/cooling was a bit confusing, but it stayed plenty warm, so I can’t complain. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Mammoth.

Great Condo and Location but.....

This stay would've been perfect save for the "but...". The location is within waking distance to Canyon Lodge and across the street from a restaurant. The unit itself is on the smaller side but is clean and comfortable and well appointed. But. I should've read other peoples review. They have mentioned the lack of closet space which I must've missed. *THERE IS ZERO CLOSET SPACE AVAILABLE* You will be living out of your suitcase. NO DRESSER, NO WARDROBE, NO NOTHING for your clothes except your suitcase and floor. I didn't realize how important this would be. With two kids, we had luggages/bags and clothes strewn all over the floor and on top of couch & table. Five nights of such clutter was exhausting and downright unpleasant. In middle of the night I had to stumble over luggages to go to the bathroom, often times stubbing my toes. I think we all stubbed our toes. There are two closets in the unit but the owner decided to lock them both and make them unavailable to guests. I understand their needs but its at the neglect of the needs of their guests. This would be completely unacceptable in a hotel situation but I guess VRBO renting is a different beast. In the future we won't be revisiting this uint and definitely reading feedbacks carefully to make sure there will be some closet/dresser on any future VRBO rentals.

Great condo -- 5 min walk to Canyon lift

Very nice condo in great location. One minor complaint was it seemed like there were children staying in the place before us as a couple of the dining chairs had some peanut-butter type smudge and we found a couple Doritos left on the carpet in bedroom! Would be nice to have a trash by the toilet/sink area as well as box of tissues. Beds were comfortable and appliances were nice. Overall everything was in excellent condition and we liked the simple decor. Too bad the jacuzzi was not working. We would stay here again and would recommend to others. Thank you to the owners/management!
