Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access at Bridges 107, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodating 5 guests. Only 100 steps from the slopes, catch first tracks or ski till last chair. There are a variety of beginner and intermediate trails nearby, with expert terrain only 2 lifts away. Restaurants, nightlife, shops, and galleries in downtown Mammoth are only a 4-minute drive. In the Summer, hop on the paved Lakes Basin bike path for an leisurely cruise to popular vistas and lakes or explore Mammoth’s surrounding hiking and biking trails. Guests will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the covered patio before heading out for a day of adventure or returning from the ski runs to rejuvenate sore muscles in the shared hot tub.

Enter into the spacious great room of this charming single-level condo. When the weather’s warm, venture onto the balcony for awe-inspiring mountain views from the 4-seat table. For additional guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. An in-unit washer and dryer offer convenience for extended stays.

Easily explore with garage parking for 2 vehicles. For ski-in/ski-out access, use the trail located at the end of the complex by Bridges 112 to reach Eagle Lodge. Other nearby lodges include Canyon Lodge (6 minutes, 1.0 miles)and The Village (8 minutes, 1.5 miles), where guests can take the free gondola up to Canyon Lodge, and Main Lodge (19 minutes, 5.3 miles).

We enjoyed out stay, Check-in was easy and the Condo was clean and well equiped and appointed for preparing family meals. This is a true ski in and ski out condo located above Eagle Lodge and Chair 15. Would book again.

Very clean and good communication loved the stay. We stayed there during the snow storm and the hill to the parking lot was steep. But they did a good job cleaning the snow every day morning and night. Only thing is that main bedroom’s heater wasn’t working and the room was freezing.

Property management was fast to respond to an entry door code issue. We loved the ability to park two cars in the garage and the fact that there was an elevator and easy access to the slopes. The condo has newer appliances and furniture; however, it needs some maintenance (shower and closet doors do not slide and could be a potential hazard). Beds are squicky but convenient if you are sharing a room with kids. There were plenty of games in the living room. A fireplace would have been amazing. We didn't use those, but the washer/dryer in the condo is a great bonus.

Little more to do

Vrbo Regarding our stay, things work out and we were able to ski two full days with the best weather ever. However, I would like to bring up a few issues, both positive and negative. Positive. Information prior, and communication during our visit was excellent. The team’s response to a few issues were quick ( No heat ). They brought in space heaters which helped a lot. The location was great. Negative. • Heating system was compromised somewhat by the weather condition, but it appears that it was also compromised by the lack of proper maintenance, the air filters were extremely clogged. • Dust was everywhere, causing issues for one of our guests that had asthma. • There was no broom for cleaning. • The kitchen faucet shot water in your face whenever it was turned on. • The closet door in the one of the bedrooms were off track and hard to move. • It would help if there was a hand scrub brush to help in cleaning the dishes, also some type of dish soap for hand washing dishes, there was only hand soap available. • A strap for the top of the rack to keep skis from falling on people ( indoor rack ) skis would fall, and we had some one slightly injured. They were taking off their boots and got hit in the head with the skis . ( All good !, ) Overall, your quick response and strong communications was great and very impressive. The issues listed above are simple to solve and when solved would make the stay even better. Thanks again. Mark

The property had a really great view, located adjacently to one of the slopes; the amenities available included a common area jacuzzi on the 2nd floor and each of the rooms and the living room had TV's. Kitchen area was fully equipped to handle our needs and they generously provided coffee/popcorn and miscellaneous items you would want even though you might have forgotten them in your haste to pack.

Great stay!

This is a very nice and comfortable unit. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect for ski in/ski out. We enjoyed three quiet, restful nights and three fun days on the slopes. Would rent again as well as recommend to others.

Mammoth Ski Vacation

This property is an excellent ski in / ski out location when Eagle is open…which it was during out stay. Perfect for a family of 4….not ideal for 2 couples since the 2nd bedroom bed is not great for a couple. We had a great time with our family.

Nice home overall

This is a very nice, clean home in an excellent location. A few improvements could be made - 1) There wasn't a remote for the living room TV which was a big disappointment and after calling, emailing, and texting the management I still couldn't get this issue resolved 2) Management asked to change the locks during our stay and although I asked them to please wait until we checked out, they went ahead and did it anyway. Would stay here again with the hope for a usable living room TV and better communication with the property manager.

Bridges 107.... True Ski-In, Ski-Out

We just stayed at Bridges 107 for a quick three night stay and it was great. Covered parking two spots make sure your vehicle is under 6'10" tall. Kitchen loaded with everything you need, two bedrooms perfect for a family. This condo is elevator close for easy loading and unloading. Only one issue I can see and it could of been operator error, the old school thermostat. We are looking forward to our stay next month.

Excellent stay

This condo was the perfect spot for me to stay on a recent climbing trip to Mammoth. The condo was just as advertised -- clean and convenient. The linens were soft and lovely, the bathroom was well-stocked with soaps etc, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, baking, and eating. I would definitely stay here again in the low season!

This place was great. We have rented on vrbo many times and this place is probably one of the best. There were no old beds and bedding. It just be easier if I make a list of all the goods because the only negative I have is that the light in the bathroom kept flickering so no big deal. 1. Bed- comfortable and nice bedding 2. Nice pots and pans 3. Plenty of dish detergent and soap. 4. Nice appliances 5. Nice TV's- great for watching your gopro videos. 6. Amazing view. 7. Ski in ski out. 8. Nice knives so you can actually cut. If you have rented a bunch you find that some places just stock the house with old crap but this place was great and comfortable. There were even blankets for the couch, much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Mammoth.
