We are a family of three and stayed for six nights. Although daytime temperatures were fairly high (around 80°F), I guess it is not the norm weather for Mammoth Lake; it was comfortable at night without AC—except for the last night, which felt a little muggy after the rain. The bathroom was recently remodeled with good‑quality materials and was very clean. The only minor thing is that conditioner isn’t provided, but Vons is close by if you need anything. The owner was very responsive to messages. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and basic seasonings, which makes cooking convenient.

This condo worked out great for three guys going skiing. Clean, comfortable, and well located for easy walk to market and restaurant options. Easy parking in front of unit, and the jacuzzi and sauna were right across the driveway from the unit. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, although the cabinet doors were a little worn and some did not shut correctly. Overall a great value and we would certainly stay there again.

Great X-mas Getaway

Came here over Christmas, and was excited to find this place was in walking distance from VONS as well as restaurants. Very comfortable interior as well, all around a great experience. As it located within an older but modernized complex, one can hear the neighboring kids running around, but it was no bother.

Small but quite nice. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the amount of noise from the people upstairs running, jumping.

Easy an convenient

The property was exactly as advertised and just what we needed. We actually ended up riding the shuttle to the mountain to avoid the hassle of parking, which was even better than we expected. Easy walk to the grocery store and restaurants.
