Great spot.

We enjoyed this property, it was very clean and smelled clean when we walked in. Just enough space for our family of 4. Having two bathrooms was great. Close to restaurants & close to the mountain lifts. We would stay again.

Very Comfortable; Nicely Appointed

The kitchen had everything we needed, although salt and pepper shakers for the dining room table would’ve been nice. Gas grill on the balcony was perfect. Bedroom and private bath were very comfortable.

Peaceful, comfortable stay

We loved our stay during the workweek! Two of us felt very comfortable and at home in this space, the wifi was strong and consistent enough for two of us to be on video calls simultaneously, and we loved how clean and quiet it was. I reached out to property management a few times with questions and they were very helpful, kind, and responsive. Overall a wonderful stay in a great location that made getting around Mammoth very easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

There is a shuttle bus stop just outside the property, so very convenient to the three Lodges if you don’t want to drive by yourself. The condo is well equipped with almost everything you need, especially the kitchen. Only that the fridge made noises, which made me awake frequently at night. Need to check and fix.

Wonderful homebase for exploring Mammoth

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable condo. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and we appreciated having access to so many chef’s tools. The water pressure in the master bathroom was amazing. (Never showered in the guest bath but I assume it also rocked!). Couches were very comfy for lounging and reading. Overall, it felt like the owners have a lot of pride in ownership and had very carefully considered their guests’ comfort. It did not feel like a rental — it felt like we were staying in someone’s home. We would totally return!

Nice place, likely a newer listing, a couple minor issues

Place was clean, good location, easy to find and check in. Parking was underground and right next to the stairway. Didn’t see an elevator is that’s something you’ll need. Place was modernized a bit and we were able to use the wall heaters and eventually the fireplace to get the unit warm enough. Minor issues: 1. Master bath shower head was positioned for someone about 5’ tall or shorter. Master bath was a little small. 2. Had to hunt for towels, almost none left out for us. 3. Directions for the fireplace was incorrect and incomplete. The property mgmt company should send someone in without any experience to use the fireplace and see how they do, then update the instructions. 4. Trundle bed had no blanket and needed to hunt around for something to use, didn’t find anything but had an extra one in my car luckily.

Great little ski getaway

Although there were some small issues (hot/cold water was backwards in 2nd bathroom, 1 plug didn't work, blender broken), my wife and 2 boys found this place very cozy and a perfect ski getaway.

Condo was great! My only concern was the patio was completely inaccessible due to snow and huge ice chunks.. which may have been the only escape if fire in building.

Cozy apartment,

Cozy apartment that looks to have been recently renovated, exactly as it is in the pictures. Great living room/ kitchen area, super comfy couch to chill on after a hard day on the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality cookware, utensils etc. had one small issue that required contacting the maintenance team, they were round within 30 mins. Topped off a perfect week of snowboarding, would stay again.

Beautiful and recently refurbished but with issues.

I recently stayed in this apartment with my family of four and found it to be very comfortable with an excellent location. While we enjoyed many aspects of our visit, there were a few areas for improvement. The balcony was not as clean as expected, and the refrigerator emitted quite a bit of noise at night, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Additionally, the jacuzzi in the complex was in need of some maintenance, and having basic cleaning supplies like a broom, mop, and Windex for daily use would have been a welcome addition.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few adjustments, the experience could be even better.
