Stay in one of Mammoth's finest 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom Townhome properties in Mammoth lakes California and is just a stones throw from the slopes at Eagle Lodge. Complete with gourmet kitchen, this four-level, spacious townhouse has gorgeous views of the Sherwin Mountains.

This property enjoys additional luxury and views from a separate deck with private covered jacuzzi and gas BBQ grill off the master bedroom. The living area features a large kitchen with granite countertops, island w/bar stools, river-rock fireplace, TV with DVD player, 3/4 bath, and private washer/dryer.

The master bedroom features a King bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Third bedroom features a bunk with 2 Twins, as well as a Twin trundle for a total of 4 Twin beds in the third bedroom. The loft has a Twin trundle for a total of 2 Twin beds, a Queen and TV. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 12 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, and is 4 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There is no smoking and no pets permitted. Old and dirty

My family and I have been staying at Bridges Townhomes for years. We have always had great experiences with Bridges. However, it was our first time staying at Townhome #7 and we will never stay there again. As soon as we arrived we saw multiple dead and alive bugs everywhere in the house. The kitchen appliances were not washed and had dirt everywhere. The furniture was very old and broken. The carpet is also very old and dirty. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time. Overall a very bad experience at townhome #7. We will never stay here again.

Just good enough but could be better

4 levels home with 10 beds, kitchen, and small dining area. 6 of the beds were not comfortable: old spring mattress with squeaky noise as you twist/turn through the night. You don't feel rested. Poor ventilation - the home stays hot most of the day and even through the early AM. So, can't sleep well in hot rooms.

Worked great for our group

This place is nicely situated and had everything we needed. The location was great, the on-site manager was friendly and helpful. I read other reviews, some negative, and we did not have a similar experience. If something appeared dated, but was functional, it did not bother us. The rooms were nice, multiple levels afforded privacy. Multiple decks provided different views and additional privacy. Bathrooms and showers on each level gave everyone their own. Ample towels and linens. Sun shinning through the main level's large windows each morning. We had a great time.

Hot tub should be replaced. Photos and discription were misleading Filthy water but nice service people although they knew it needed to be drained and cleaned even to be used Toilet seats were loose and sink was clogged Downstairs tv was unusable Kitchen was fine Thanks for the fan delivery Couches are delapidated in one side Bedding was fine Vacuume was totally full of who knows what We paid for a place with a hot tub that smelled so bad that we had to lose the upstairs window as it ran and wafted up and in We will be expecting a partial refund for a non useable feature.

Great location! Beautiful Kitchen! Beds and Linens could use updates

The location is great! Just walk to the end of the parking lot, and trek maybe 100 yards through the snow, and you’re right on Eagle Express Trail. May be challenging with children if you get fresh powder. The kitchen is large and beautifully updated. Plenty of space for cooking and storage. There is a large dining room table and bar stools at the counter. They did not provide a sponge for dishes, just a flimsy sponge towel which didn’t work that well. Living room is plenty spacious, couches are a bit worn but still comfortable. The bedrooms and linens.... were very disappointing. The rooms were dimly lit and a bit spooky. The bedding/linens were extremely old, and not comfortable or cozy, felt like that one time we went to stay with my 95 year old grandmother. Luckily, there were only two of us staying at the house so didn’t need to use the bedrooms and we slept in the loft and on the living room couch. But we did go into town and buy blankets from the Mammoth Ski store ($50 a pop) since we didn’t feel comfortable with theirs. The bathrooms are definitely original, but they get the job done just fine. The hot tub was amazing the first night. But night two when we got in it was luke-warm and stuck on “Econ” on the screen. We tried to get it back to normal but to no avail. Night three, the tub was nice and hot when we got in but quickly cooled down and went back into “Econ” mode. Also the light in the hot tub did not work. Overall it’s a great place but the bedrooms definitely need updating with more lighting and new sheets/blankets/linens throughout.
