This bright and colorful one bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo welcomes you to some of the best views of the Sherwin Mountains. You walk into the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. There is a dining room the leads to a private balcony with a sitting area. The living room has flat screen TV with DVD. This is a nicely decorated condo with a at home feeling. This condo is on the ground floor.

Maximum Occupancy: This condo can sleep up to 4 people.

Bed Arrangement: Downstairs you will find the bedroom with 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace!

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: Breathtaking view of the Sherwins.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
