Welcome to Meadow Ridge #3, a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. Conveniently located near Little Eagle Lodge and Sierra Star Golf Course, this home offers everything you need for a relaxing Mammoth Lakes getaway.
On the ground floor, you'll find both bedrooms and the first bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, large Smart TV, and a private sink that connects to the shared bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full bed plus a bunk bed—perfect for kids or additional guests.
Upstairs, the open-concept living space includes a cozy living room with a leather sofa (with foldout bed), large Smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace with wood provided. The dining area seats eight comfortably, and the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals or enjoying your morning coffee. A second full bathroom is also located on this level. Step out onto the private deck and take in the fresh mountain air.

Quick Family Trip
We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean with plenty of towels and bedding. We enjoyed a soak in the jacuzzi and an intense game of Clue. The bedrooms were on the ground level so napping was a little tricky as you could hear every step and noise from upstairs. All in all we would stay here again.

Perfect location
The property was within walking distance from the venue site we went to Mammoth to attend. The place was equipped as stated had everything to cook a couple meals as needed. I think the one thing that left me wondering about was the stagnate water in the dishwasher. I only opened it the day of checkout to place the dishes into the dishwasher as instructed and thank goodness. The smell was overwhelming. I reported this to management so hope that is taken care of for the next renters. Over all, a good place to stay.

Great condo in Mammoth!
Great property for a spring visit to mammoth. Very nice accommodation, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and many nice little touches that made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy retreat
The place has style, quality and is very well maintained. Comfortable beds, clean, good quality furniture, fully stocked kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, clean carpets. We did not use the pool, we came out on a cold weekend. Surreal snow hips of 10 feet and higher adorned the area of Mammoth Lakes, including this community. It is very comfortable lodging for 4 people in our group. Definitely will try to stay here next time.

Love this neighborhood
Townhouse was very clean, well stocked. Beds were comfy! Had a bit of trouble with internet but the management company was helpful and fixed it promptly. Loved this place, no complaints. Roomy, clean, great set up.

Family Ski Trip
We had a blast in Mammoth and got completely dumped on, 4ft of freshness during our stay. Condo is an 8 min walk to Eagle Lodge and worked out great for our family. Our kids are 13, 12 & 10 and the setup was perfect for us. We will be back.
