Introducing this unique, spacious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom corner home, with
endless Mountain View’s and Scenery perfect for your dream retreat to Mammoth
Lakes! With over 3,200 square feet you can relax and enjoy entertaining and
look out to the breathtaking Sherwin Mountain range and snow fields on your
back door step. This townhome looks right at Mammoth Rock and is set back in
the quiet Snowcreek Phase 5 neighborhood and is one of very few of this
extensive floor plan. The main open plan living level is equipped with a large
sectional couch, flatscreen TV, Sonos System, pool table and gas fireplace
with river rock surround. The large windows and balcony offers natural light
to flood into the open plan kitchen with ample space and is fully stocked for
making family dinners. The spacious kitchen allows you to spread out with a
dining area to comfortably seat 10, and additional bar seating for 4 you can
enjoy social family time all in the same level. The upper deck features a
private gas grill where you can grill like a pro while enjoying those sweeping
Mountain View’s. A private laundry room with washer and dryer gives all of the
