Cozy one bedroom condo with bunk area, located in one of the most desirable properties in Mammoth Lakes. Enjoy the pool area and game room just steps from your stay. Catch the complementary Mammoth shuttle at the property entrance and ride up to the lakes basin. Just a ten minute walk to ski Canyon Lodge, Mammoth Brewing Company, and the Village. The Discovery IV property is situated next to the town bike path on Lake Mary Road.
The space
The condo is quaint, clean, and cozy, stocked with quality items to make every aspect of your stay convenient and enjoyable. This property is perfect for two adults and two children/teenagers looking to relax in the mountains or to ski the newly remodeled Canyon Lodge.
Sleeps six people: two in the queen size bed in the master bedroom, two on the twin bunks in the open bunk room (kids love the open bunk room) and two on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Full kitchen is fully stocked and allows for delicious home cooked meals. It has new appliances, drip coffee maker, Kerig coffee maker, blender, Crockpot , toaster, rice cooker, and kettle. It is stocked with all of the basic utensils, William Sonoma Plates, spices, basic condiments, and knives. We love to cook, so we have what you need!
Grilling: There are two grills in the pool area that you can use year round. You can find grilling utensils stocked in the kitchen for your convenience (please make sure they return to the condo with you).
The bathroom has a sizable walk in shower and has a separate shower/sink area so multiple people can get ready at the same time in the shared space.
There is a pellet stove to keep you cozy on cool Mammoth Mountain days.
Two flat screen TV's with USB cables for your gaming consoles. The living room has a 65" smart TV with WIFI and Cable. The master bedroom has a 55" digital TV with cable and a USB cable for any gaming consoles. Ready for your NETFLIX, HULU, or Amazon TV log-ins (please log-out of personal accounts before leaving for your own privacy).
Dining room seats four and four more at the kitchen bar. Seating for eight total.
Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Balcony looks out to an open hill and pines where winter play can be enjoyed just steps from your balcony. The beautiful pines are throughout the property and pool area. Breakfast on the balcony in the summer months is the best!
I have a kid friendly condo and have all of our favorite- kid and parent approved kid games stocked for your game night.
This unit and property is non-smoking and has two unassigned parking passes.
Recreation building on site includes a pool (closes Labor Day- summer only), large year-round hot tub, sauna, ping pong, foosball, Pac-Man, pool table, flat screen TV, tons of seating, business center (copier), two BBQ's, and coin-operated washers and dryers. (note-the condo has complementary washer and dryer in the unit.)
Guest access
The whole condo is yours. You also have access to the shared pool, game room, spa, and grounds.

A 16% TOT Tax (transient occupancy tax) is collected at booking. TOT/VAT taxes are required by most cities.
