Great location near restaurants and grocery store. Spacious one bedroom condo. Well stocked kitchen. Easy parking and entrance. Office responsive when we had a problem with the key. Rustic decor is true. Could use a refresh but we don’t live there all the time so it was okay.

Obviously the owners love this place. Very well maintained with up to date fixtures and amenities. Was perfect for me and my kids. Had a great weekend!

Fantastic accommodation. Loved it!

We have rented many times in Mammoth Lakes. This is the very best accommodation. Extremely comfortable. Everything is provided,. Plowing and cleaning of snow during blizzard conditions was excellent. And you have cable TV!!! Love this condo. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a quiet complex, easy walk to shuttle. We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was very comfortable. We got snowed in, and Mammoth Reservations was a great help! I would recommend this condo, and stay again!

The condo was tucked away from the street so it was quiet. Decor was excellent & very cozy. It had everything in the kitchen except a place to store our groceries. Clean. Need to update the carpets. I think they earned their time.

The furnishings and layout were comfortable and the location was convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. One glitch is power went out to the microwave and three outlets in the kitchen the final morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We use Mammoth Reservations every year when we come to Mammoth. We have never been disappointed. Working with their staff is fabulous! This year we stayed in Wildflower #39 and had a fabulous time. The unit was clean, accommodating, and to date our favorite. We plan to stay in #39 moving forward. It was cozy and off the beaten path. Nice and quiet. We have found our "forever" rental.

Good location, a little old

I know Mammoth in general is pretty expensive, so the price I guess is pretty on par with the place. The location is great, very convenient to Eagle lodge, close to Vons, and many restaurants. We normally like to cook during these trips and the kitchen was kind of meh. Biggest issues, was that i could only run one appliance at a time without breaking a circuit (learned that the hard way). Kitchen was clean ish but EXTREMELY overstuffed with everything. Toilet was also a little finnicky.I wasn’t in love with the check-in/check-out process. I felt like this might be a management company issue. I asked for an early checkin and found out later they were sitting on my key bc one was missing. Then checking out we left early, so the office was closed, left it in the same area we picked up the key and the management company was kind of rude about how I didn’t “leave it in the right place.”I would stay here again if the price was a little lower and if it was dog friendly.

First level made it very nice, and it is very open. The sofa bed was comfortable,Everything was clean and pretty well maintained, and love all the rustic decorator touches. The only thing, is having one bath which obviously the owner can’t control, and we didn’t find any instructions on how to work the fireplace. Otherwise everything was wonderful

Lovely place in a great location

This was our 2nd stay at this place. The place was fine once our initial problem was corrected. The management company (Mammoth Rentals) put the wrong keys in our late night pickup envelope. The keys were for the unit next door to us. Since we got there at 11:30 pm we decided we'd just stay in the other place and call in the morning. We were told the next morning we could call the emergency number on the envelope, but we were exhausted and didn't bother to read that far. They gave us the correct key to the place we actually wanted to stay and we transferred our stuff next door and everything was fine after that.

Great Condo

The property was tucked away in a quiet community, it is a little bit of a walk to the bus stop (green line to Eagle lodge maybe 5-10 min with the kiddos) it is also walking distance to the red line and night trolley. There were plenty of pots and pans and extra blankets for snuggling on the couches. The property management company was very responsive to our questions. I also did not enjoy the app they have you use. The company says to refer to the app for different information, and it is really not in the app. There was no information in the unit on the heating or pellet stove. It would have been very helpful, but we did eventually figure it all out.

Nice Place and Comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our forth stay at different locations. Each place has there own personality. We it was both clean and comfortable. Close to town so we could walk. Would like to have a manual to operate the TV with all the remotes. They also have a ton of DVDs so lots of movie options. The bedroom lamp was broken and the lights did not work but they were going to send someone to fix it but we said how about after we leave.

The kitchen was one of the best equipped that I've stayed at in the many years that I've been to Mammoth. I was surprised to see that they had a Ninja blender; I hauled up my Vita Mix to make smoothies, so I could have left that at home. The unit was very quiet, unlike some of the other places that I've stayed in town. I would definitely stay here again.

A very decent place in a good location

The place was perfect for my wife and my getaway to Mammoth for a couple days. The rental office for the key was close as was shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is there is there is nowhere to hang your clothes in the bedroom. A small hanging rack would easily fit in the corner of the bedroom. Other than that this place was excellent.

We will stay here again!

This was a nice condo, very clean, fully stocked with everything needed for the stay and very comfortable. The one small inconvenience was the internet..it worked, but would periodically, and for no reason, drop the signal and require us to re-log back on. We would stay here again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a recent ski trip to Mammoth and it has been our favorite place so far. Very clean and so comfortable. Best bed we have slept on in a rental unit. Loved the fireplace and cool leather couches in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and they had a great water filter on the sink. We will rent here again next season.
