Rustic Modern Condo - Close to Village - Sleeps 10
Indulge in a fun-filled vacation in our recently renovated condominium. Nestled in a prime location, our condominium offers an effortless connection to the amenities of The Village (a mere 8-minute walk) and Canyon Lodge. This proximity grants you unparalleled access to the slopes, shopping, and dining options thoughout your stay. During the summer months, the nearby Lake Mary Bike Path beckons, providing convenient cycling access to the Lake Basin Area.
Outside the Crestview complex, there are two complimentary bus stops (#78 and #79) that provide access anywhere in Mammoth Lakes. The Blue Line operates every 15 minutes (mid-December to April) to Canyon Lodge, a 10-minute journey via the bus. Additionally, driving up to Canyon Lodge is a convenient option, only a minute away via car. During the winter months, guests will arrive to a preheated condo, due to our remotely operated gas fireplace that allows us to warm up the condo’s main space. Bedrooms feature wall heaters, and a space heater is available for the kid’s loft if needed.
This corner unit offers two unobsturcted panoramic views of Mammoth Rock from the two balconies. The main floor incorporates an open common area with two bedrooms, and two renovated bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a balcony and a breathtaking mountain view. The second floor is an extended loft with another fully renovated bathroom and two sleeping quarters. One area accommodates a queen bed that can be partially enclosed with a barn door. The second area, a.k.a the children’s loft, includes twin bunk beds and two additional twin beds. All bedding is freshly provided and comfortable.
The newly renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. A fully stocked kitchen includes essential amenities such as a crockpot for family meals and a Keurig machine for coffee. A gas BBQ grill is conveniently located on the balcony for year-round enjoyment. Wi-Fi connectivity is exceptional, and all televisions are equipped with Netflix and local analog cable TV (main space and loft).
The condo complex features indoor hallways and underground parking, with one designated covered parking space #26. SUVs can be accommodated, but SUV's with ski racks will not fit in our parking space. For larger vehicles, outdoor spaces are available. Additional guests vehicles can park in any designated spot without a parking number, b A small locker is provided for storing items near the parking garage. For added security, a padlock is recommended.
The condo is situated on the second floor, accessible via two flights of stairs from the parking area. During the summer months, guests can conveniently unload near the front door before parking in the designated underground parking area to minimize the number of stairs.
Above the manager’s office, a recreation room is available, featuring a large flat-screen television, pool table, sauna, and two outdoor hot tubs (the second located near the end of building C). Guest can also find washers and dryers in the manager’s facility which are operated via an app.
