New Stainless appliances, large leather sofa and Beautiful Views. NO RESORT FEE. High Def Cable and Internet. New 55" ROKU TV and Bose' Bluetooth soundbar!

EAGLE EXPRESS LIFT CHAIR 15 (located next to our condo) usually operates from MID DECEMBER and shuts down for the season MID APRIL (this is dependent on snowfall) and the date will be announced when dates are set for the season. Check Mammoth Mountain Website for updates.
Just take your skis/board from the guest locker room and step onto the slope. And when you are finished for the day.......Just ski right back to your door.

It is 1 bedroom 1 bath same view perfect for extended families or friends.

Prior to Eagle Express and Canyon ski lifts opening in mid Dec., mountain access is at Main Lodge or the Mill.

EXPERIENCE THE BEST OF EVERYTHING!
The unit was completely remodeled - offering a fully equipped kitchen (NEW STAINLESS APPLIANCES ) and a separate area for relaxation and entertaining. The living area offers a gas fireplace, and seating for up to six adults on a top grade leather sofa. The sofa folds out to a comfortable queen bed (new 2020 memory foam mattress on sofa bed). A large flat screen HDTV and DVD/CD/IPOD entertainment center makes this the perfect place to relax. Glass doors lead to a private balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the mountain. The Master Bedroom features a deluxe King bed with a luxurious Foam mattress, fine linens and feather pillows. A flat screen TV with smart DVD player. The bathroom has been remodeled with travertine and features a deep tub and shower with granite counter top and private label premium spa bath essentials.
You will have key card access to heated underground parking from check in - check out.
This condo does NOT have AIR CONDITIONING. There is air conditioning throughout the common areas of the complex.

Mammoth is a mecca for those that love mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, boating and fly fishing, as well as, skiing and snowboarding. Mammoth is truly a four season resort.

July 4th Stay

We had a great tie in Mammoth over the 4th of July weekend. Biking, hiking and fishing were all fantastic. The condo location made for quick access to all, was very comfortable.

Perfect for ski condo

The location is fantastic. It was so easy to get on/off the slope. The lift is right there! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed watching the lift from the room. Kerry was friendly and even gave me a great advice on local ski shop. I would love to come back!

Great summer stay. The condo was comfortable and quiet and the bed was super comfy. A fan was provided to help keep the place cool in the summer heat. Cable TV was a bonus but a little tricky to get working. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home was very clean and cozy with such a warm inviting vibe. Morning coffee on the patio was amazing as were the spectacular view of the mountain. There were plenty amenities both in the home and on the property. We’ll be back!

Easy ski in ski out/ no restaurants close by

The place is clean, great views, easy slope access. You need to drive if you want a restaurant. It might be a good idea to plan meals to cook on your own or be prepared to drive for food. Great place overall

Great Weekend Getaway To Slopes

This place was in a prime location right next to eagle lodge. The check in process was easy and seamless. The place is clean and comfortable for a small group. The garage is covered which is a plus when it’s snowing. Had a great weekend. Thank you for hosting us.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in late June and had a fantastic time. The condo is cozy and beautiful-it looks exactly like the photos. Perfect for the two of us. We liked the location and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Very thoughtful hosts who provide all the amenities. Would definitely return. :)

Our Hiking base camp!

We stayed for the second time at Kerry and Guy’s wonderful condo in Mammoth the! This home is perfect for a couple - clean, comfortable king bed, an abundance of plush towels, fantastic water pressure in shower and a large soaking tub! Check in and communication is clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed being able to use the pool, hot tub and the laundry room (please note that the laundry room is now operated with a mobile app and no longer takes coins). Another great trip!

Wonderful condo and great hosts

Love Kerry & Guy's unit. We have rented a lot of different condos in Mammoth area. The location is much quieter than the village or Juniper. The unit is nicely updated, clean & well furnished. No pets allowed is a huge plus for our allergies. Really appreciate the nicely equipped kitchen and new appliances. The foam mattress is super comfortable & supportive. Moving this to the top of our list for places to stay in Mammoth.Thanks to the hosts for all the wonderuflly little touches.

Beautiful Lakes

Comfortable and well equipped apartment located in a quiet and scenic part of Mammoth Lakes. Only a short drive from Mammoth village with all the amenities needed. The swimming pool and hot tub is an added bonus and relaxing on the balcony after a long day’s hiking/cycling watching the sun go down is a must. Mammoth Lakes is the perfect area to visit and would highly recommend hiring e-bikes to cycle from the village to the numerous lakes on offer and walking the Devil’s Postpile/Rainbow Falls is a rewarding hike.

Ski in/ski out for real!

This property is amazing. It is as advertised and super convenient if you want to ski Mammoth Mountain. The ski in and ski out convenience is second to none. You literally take an elevator downstairs, grab your skis from the unit’s assigned locker, walk 20 feet and put your skis on and you are ready to go. Once you have your skis on, it is a few hundred yards down the hill to the eagle ski lift. Incredible! My kids had a great time sledding in the backyard and going to the pool and Jacuzzi as well. Both were nicely heated for the winter months.
