Perfect ski on/off location

This unit has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is extremely well equipped, all appliances in unit are great. It’s a 50yard walk to the slopes, even with low snow coverage it was so easy to walk out and ski down to the lift. We would definitely book this again!

Greatest time!

I can’t get over how incredible this trip was. A lot had to do with our incredible stay. Parking was perfect right under us in a garage and the ski in and out was 100% walking distance. Inside was cozy and clean. I will 1000% stay agai.

I loved the location, very cute inside, and the mountain breeze during the summer is amazing!! We saw so much wildlife from our balcony. I don’t ever want to stay anywhere else!

IKONic ski trip at Mammoth

Perfectly located, just off the trail, condo, that provides us with all essentials! Beds were comfy, kitchen filled with all necessary gigs, bathrooms were spotless. Indoor parking was extremely beneficial during this madness snowstorm.

Very good place

House has a beautiful view. The kitchen amenities were the best in any vacation rental we have been to. One minus is we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner in the rooms. The previous people had set it 85F , so it was pretty hot our first night.

Beautiful inside and out

What a great place to stay for 4 days! We had to make the best of the Inyo Forest closure by exploring areas outside the forest and this was the perfect home base. Beautiful view, easily accessible to food, groceries and the like. Great patch of grass for the kids to throw a baseball and kick a soccer ball. And the hot tub was a big plus for the kids. Home was impeccably clean, had everything we needed. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you!

Great location close to the village with an amazing view!

We’d definitely stay here again, only thing to be mindful of is the fact t it has no air conditioning and if it’s warm it’s a bit uncomfortable sleeping. Overall awesome place to stay.

Excellent Stay!

This was the perfect condo for our first family trip with our 3 month old. It had everything we needed and the views are spectacular. The ease of the ski in ski out made our trip stress free. We hope to stay her again soon.

We Keep Coming Back

We’ve stayed at Eagle Run many times over the years, but this is our first time at 206 and probably our best stay ever. The condo is even better than it shows in pictures. It’s cozy and nicely decorated. Beds are good and bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy good meals while in the mountains including a Wolf induction oven, crock pot, espresso machine, blender, nice pots and pans, plenty of dishes, etc. The living room has a large sectional that is perfect for hanging out after a long day of skiing. If you’re a TV person, there are TVs in every bedroom plus the living room. The ski/boot mud room at the entry is great. The views to the eastern mountains are lovely and make for wonderful sunrises. A short walk up the path and you are right on the Eagle Lodge ski run and ready to venture off to any part of the mountain. It’s also super easy to come back for lunch, which was especially useful during COVID. The underground parking garage is really convenient, especially if you have only one car in your group. We’d definitely come back to 206 again!

Location, location, location...

As a former ski instructor (Copper and Wengen, Switzerland), I can't stress how important ski in/out is for families and friends, of differing ski levels. Yes, it's a premium, but it's well worth removing the stress. This trip was 5 teenage girls, 2 dads and a 5yo boy... What could go wrong? 🤣 But this trip went flawless, in good part to our location. It's a nicely outfitted condo (clean and modern), well laid out and with plenty of TVs. BTW, the condo was lacking a couple items, but management stepped up immediately (within a couple hours). Note with Covid, they don't have Kleenex 🤦‍♂️, so bring some. I highly recommend this location. 😎👏

Great view - nice location

We visited over Thanksgiving. The view is wonderful and the kitchen is fully stocked. Everything was clean. Parking access was easy and instructions for check-in were very clear. Lots of games (we enjoyed the puzzles), videos, Apple TV/cable. We were very happy and likely would stay there again.
