One issue, we checked in, got the keys, and upon opening the front door of the unit, there was a gas smell. We immediately called Mammoth Sierra Reservations. Long story short, we called AmeriGas ourselves as an "emergency." Amerigas came out, and there was a propane gas leak outside the master bedroom window which runs to the community jacuzzi. Initially we were told by Maintenance that the smell was a dead rat in the unit. It was unbearable. AmeriGas fixed the leak and called us letting us know that it was ok to return to the unit. It took over 24 hours for the smell to diminish. This unit, after our 24 hour checkin, was a great set up and we'd probably stay again due to it's size and accommodations.
