Snowflower 73: Spacious, Scenic Meadow Area

This above standard 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome in the scenic meadow area of Mammoth Lakes offers 1,300 sq. ft. of space and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. With a quiet end-unit location, great views, and Snowflower's year-round amenities, it's an excellent choice for families and groups.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements
The first floor includes two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. On the third floor, the loft—open to the living room below—provides additional sleeping with two double beds and a twin bed.

The second floor features the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a third full bathroom. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and access to the deck with mountain views, and a wood buring fireplace, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure.

Amenities
This condo includes 4 TVs, Wi-Fi internet access, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Two outdoor parking spaces are available (no RVs, trailers, or towed vehicles allowed).

Complex Features & Location
Snowflower amenities include a year-round hot spa and sauna, a summer-only heated pool, tennis courts, and on-site laundry facilities. The property's scenic meadow location offers easy access to bike paths, fishing, golf, and the Mammoth Community Recreation Center, along with the free Red Line shuttle into town and to the ski lifts.
