This roomy 4 Bedroom/ 3 Bath Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California is a great choice for families. In the winter this unit is located just a few steps away from the Red Line Shuttle stop for your skiing convenience, enjoy a day of outdoor delights or take a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters. In the evenings, dine out and taste Mammoth's nightlife or dine in and relax in front of the big-screen TV and take in a movie. Enjoy this spacious vacation home with a common area spa, sauna, and laundry facilities. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1900 sq.ft with 2 parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Dark and uninviting

This condo is very old and in need of some serious deep cleaning. At the very least the carpets should be cleaned and the throw rugs washed. We've come to Mammoth often and this is by far the worst condo that we have stayed at. The only thing it had that we needed was four bedrooms and three baths. Had to spray febreeze everywhere the smell was so bad.

This is our best VRBO experience to date since we started renting vacation properties 12 years ago. And what a nice fireplace that actually heats up the home and has a beautiful vintage look.

Large and well equipped!

The condo was perfect for our large family; we were a group of 10. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Recommendations: Provide a surplus of trash bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, towels in general for large groups. However, the overall experience was great!
