Very comfortable place to stay. Nice decor and fully stocked. Only thing we would suggest is that there be instructions for the TV remotes and channels, and what channels and services you provide. Would definitely stay here again.

Great layout, comfortable beds, very clean, well stocked with cooking & dining supplies, great water pressure in both showers, updated, nicely decorated, accessible to the mountain for skiing, grocery store, restaurants, ski shops. Only drawback not related to condo itself was jacuzzi was lukewarm.

Perfect size and location for 2-3 people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second stay. Well appointed 2 bed condo. Kitchen adequate for simple cooking. But, the MASTER BED! Thick foam insert between frame and mattress slips out of place. Bedding isn’t correct fit for size of mattress, blanket(s) not king size.

Terrific location, single story.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Faucets in bathrooms were hard to pull to turn on. The couch and chairs need to be vacuumed. Every time i sat down in them I started sneezing. The hearth around the fireplace it very tricky and I almost fell a couple of times manuvaring around the stuffed chair.

Snowcreek Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description provided by Mammoth Reservations was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. The list of items available in the unit was helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained. I am a loyal Snowcreek summer vacation renter and have had positive experiences with Snowcreek properties for many years. Communication from the property management service was clear, concise and timely. The only minor negative issue was either a vehicle or home alarm that beeped at night. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative and I would stay at this property again for future summer fishing trips. One item related to Mammoth Reservations that I found concerning was the after hours handling of the keys and parking permits. The keys and permits are left in an unsecured box outside of the office for after hour pick up and drop off. The absence of a secured key box seems to present opportunities for anyone other than renters to access keys/properties. As a renter who is responsible for key return and property condition, I believe this is an undue risk that could be remedied easily.

Inconvenient, not worth the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this property due to the location having stayed in several other properties in this community. This unit doesn’t have parking in front and you have to park houses away. Very inconvenient when you are traveling with little ones during a snow storm. The property didn’t have clean bath towels this is a property management/ cleaning issue. You pay for cleaning fees and the unit isn’t cleaned? We arrived during a snow storm the unit temperature was set at 50-• and it took over 8 hours to get the a somewhat comfortable temp of 70 we arrived late in the evening so the first night it was freezing! The water temp in the showers are so sensitive any little tap you get either freezing cold water or burning hot. Not safe with little ones. Bathroom doors jams and only my husband could open. Kitchen is tiny- only one person fits at a time. Will not stay here again.

Nice condo but No heat

We arrived Friday night with the heater not working. We immediately called Mammoth Reservations and they said they would send someone out. 3 hours later their local maintenance person showed up and tried to fix it. It wasn't until he met with his boss that he reset the unit and it started working. But when we woke up in the morning it had shut off again and was not working. This happened a few more times over the 3 day weekend. The response time of Mammoth Reservations was very disappointing and their urgency to fix our unit that had no heat. In the end they did give us a very fair and generous refund on a portion of our total bill. Other then the heat the condo was very nice, the jacuzzi was very close by and the beds were comfortable.
