Great place to stay

We had a great time and were very close to the lakes and streams that we wanted to go to within a short drive. Having the grocery store right around the corner was very, very helpful as well. The community grills were just down from us and we enjoyed a nice family bbq.There were a few minor things wrong with the house but it did not affect our stay. Great pricing and very homie. I highly recommend it here.

Good bang for your buck

Totally adequate accommodations and great location. Easy and quick to get to mountain and town. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the beds are comfortable. The rugs, living room furniture and bedding is old and could use replacement. The window in front of unit broken and cracked and should be replaced

Lovely home

Nice downstairs unit. It was comfortable for.our small family. The front room window had a large crack in it. We reported it so hopefully it can be repaired before the next visitor's come. One thing i found strange is there are no closets in either bedroom. A dresser with storage would have been nice as an alternative.

Bedrooms and bathrooms recently remodeled. Kitchen pots and pans old and not many for a family that cooks. Master heater sounds like hammer anytime it turns on. Local management was difficult to get a hold of, reports multiple calls to us that were never received. Vm would have helped if unable to reach us. Initially we were told additional help would be needed to fix the heater. Next sentence from management was that the noise is normal. Not in my experience.

Unresolved Condo Issues

The condo was clean and well appointed, and we were eager to enjoy our stay. However, persistent issues such as the leaky broken water heater, a dishwasher that wasn't properly attached, the broken drafty window, and firewood that didn't fit in the wood stove made it challenging. The inability to take a hot showers or have hot water for four days significantly impacted our experience. Despite initially friendly interactions with the management company, we've been waiting for days for a resolution to our inconvenience (still no response). Regrettably, after years of positive experiences with VRBO rentals, we cannot recommend this condo due to these unresolved issues.

Unfortunate Ending

Everything started great. Check-in was easy, and good location. However, two of the three restroom hinges were loose, to the point the bottom hinge came off and the restroom became unusable. We were there Mon-Fri. Every single day I reached out and no one came by to fix the door. Even sent pictures to me rove the issue, and still no one cared. I went through all the proper channels and it didn't matter. We also never had wifi, which was listed on the property as a perk. No fixture on that either. I will definitely be reaching out to my credit card company to put a hold on the charge. Maybe then, management will call me. Like I said, such a horrible ending to what was an easy fix

This place is comfortable and a great (price point) stay for winter ski trip.

I could spend time telling you about the price point and the bedroom configuring and how many people this place would be comfortable for on a ski/fish trip, But you can look at the lay out and see if it works for you. What I do want to say is that companies sometimes are rated on customer service and judged by how they handle problems. To that I will say ‘Vacasa’ gets 10 STARS! We had a power/internet maintenance issue with the first location we rented. We contacted vacasa customer service and they were very helpful between texting and phone calls and us skiing on the mountain they arranged to move us to this new unit. It was smooth and easy all the relocation reps were very helpful and made the switch easy. They all displayed professionalism and empathy and kept us informed about what was happening via text while we were skiing. They quickly resolved our issue. I appreciated the attention ‘Vacasa’ showed to the details in working through the switch.

The condo was adorable and the perfect size for us! We had a fabulous time and enjoyed every day we stayed at the condo! Located close to town, lakes, and famous destinations. I can’t wait to go back! The condo was warm, cozy, clean, and comfy! All the amenities we need! I was also impressed with the customer service chat team! They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond! Core memories and stories from our trip will be told for decades. Thank you!!

Clean and peaceful

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in our stay at mammoth. It was well furnished, and pleasant. Check in and check out were seamless, with plenty of communication from guest services. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Or first trip to mammoth with our toddler went amazingly well.
