Year round fun luxury location steps to Village, close to all outdoor activities

This is a beautiful condominium steps from the Village and Gondola. It is a nonsmoking, 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom unit with 4 bathrooms and a 5 star rating for comfort, location, interior decor and great facilities! We have extra cleaning practices in place as well as contactless check in and check out procedures. Great WIFI for working from here. Park your cars once you get there in a covered, heated garage and no need to use it to get to slopes, the Village or around town.

It comes fully furnished with fully stocked kitchen, linens, bathroom towels, toiletries, full size washer and dryer, blow dryers (1 wall-mounted in each bathroom downstairs and 1 in upstairs bathroom), iron and full-size ironing board . There are 2 fireplaces and 2 balconies with views of the Sherwin mountains (balcony off of living room has full size propane BBQ and high top bistro table with 4 barstools).

There are 2 indoor, secured, heated parking spaces in the garage building for our complex, heated driveway and walkways from garage to building entrance and heated sidewalks to the Village. Our complex also has a recreation room building with year-round heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong table, pool table, foosball table and sitting lounge.

Condo is just steps to the Village amenities: dining, shopping, mountain services (ticketing, rentals), Gondola to Canyon Lodge, nightlife, cocktails, convenience store, fun events and family happenings.

Condo is 3 levels - main level is kitchen, living room, fireplace, large flat screen HD TV, bathroom, outdoor balcony; bottom level is 2 bedrooms (primary bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed and downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed), 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and each bedroom has a flat screen HD TV; 3rd level is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (each bunk is a full on bottom and twin on top) as well as 2 other twin beds, full size bathroom and large flat screen HD TV, free WIFI. Also, please note there are narrow, spiral stairs to get to each level inside the condo. You can access the living room/kitchen level and the downstairs bedrooms via the elevator in the hallway, but the only access to the upstairs 3rd level bedroom/bunk area is via the spiral stairs. The stairs can be challenging for elderly and toddlers, just an FYI. I also have a partnership with Babyquip where you can rent baby/toddler items during your stay and they will deliver and pick up the items to our condo. The best spot to stay in mammoth. Tracy is such a great host. We come w/ a group every summer and it’s perfect for us. Lots of space, we love the game room and indoor poor.

Great Place for Large Group

Location!! Location!! Location!! Wow, this place is perfect for a large group. Plus you are steps away from the Village and Gondola to Canyon Lodge. There is a garage for your vehicle. It was able to fit out 10 passenger van. Place had lots of amenities plus fully stocked with towels, soap, paper towels. We will likely be back for our annual ski trip.

Great Condo in Great Location

We have stayed here multiple times through the years and look forward to returning next year. Very responsive manager and owner. Fantastic location about a minutes walk to the Village Gondola.

Best spot in mammoth

10/10 would recommend! We love staying here, it’s the perfect location. We’ve stayed her about 7 times and fall in love with every year. The indoor pool and game room are a plus. Very close to everything in mammoth, walking distance to the village. The condo itself is lovely. Lots of space. The Host Tracy is the best!

Perfect condo

We love staying at this condo. We’ve stayed here 6 times now and it feels like our home away from home. The condo has everything you need to cook meals, washer and drier so you don’t have to pack as much, and just has that home feeling. It’s centrally located and just perfect. All in all.. we can’t wait to come back… amazing location and spacious! The pans in the kitchen can use some updating and it would be nice to have pool towels provided and accounted for for the number of guests it sleeps other than the towels we shower with… otherwise everything was excellent!

Perfect place for our group

Accommodations provided everything we needed for our group of high school student athletes and adults. The condo was comfortable, perfectly located near the Village and easy access to the trails and mountain lakes. The management was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and helping us with parking. We hope to be back here next year!

Perfect Stay for Family

The location isn't just great because the condo is 60 steps from the Gondola that takes you to Canyon Lodge but 60 steps from the Village which means you can go to dinner without taking your car and your teenage kids can walk around the shopping center without worry. The condo itself is a very nice 3 bedroom with plenty of room for families 5-7 - 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, and 4 barhrooms - and an underground garage, indoor sauna and game room. Hard to beat!

Great location, great condo

We stayed here with 3 couples and total of 5 eight year olds. The place was great and accommodated us all. The place is 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor and the bunk room in a loft on the 3rd floor. I didn’t pay attention that it didn’t have a door for privacy, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The stairwells to the upper and lower floor are very narrow. We appreciated being able to enter both the main and bottom floor from the hall for getting luggage in.The kitchen was very well equipped, maybe better than our home. It was great!The unit itself is extremely close to the Village Gondola and ski rentals. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The kids loved the heated pool, spa and game room. They played in there nightly.The host was great and very responsive!We all had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Good stay and a great location

What was good: - The location near north village was really convenient. Lot of restaurants and shuttles nearby. - The indoor pool was great for our large group to relax at the end of the day. - Lot of beds and functional TVs in all rooms. - Functional kitchen and enough utensils to make a quick breakfast. What could have been better: - The winding stairs were hard to navigate. - The building and the apartment appeared quite old and could use a remodel. - The bunk beds were difficult to climb for kids and need some maintenance. - The downstairs toilet appeared dirty, not necessarily due to lack of cleaning but due to age.

Good Condo location.

Location of the Condo was good, right in the middle of the town. Also enjoyed the amenities like pool table, hot tub and table tennis. But the condo was a bit claustrophobic, especially for 15 people. Even the narrow stairs are claustrophobic. It might be ok for 10-11 people max. Also, the locks on two of the four bathrooms were not working. We might not stay again with 15 people, maybe with a smaller group.

amazing location, responsive hosts

friends loved everything about this stay. the convenient location, spaciousness, comfortability, and responsiveness of the hosts made my birthday experience unforgettable! for example, due to the responsiveness of the administrative office, we were able to get additional parking spaces which made accommodating for more cars incredibly easy and stress-free. additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked, which allowed us to save money on food, there were a lot extra blankets and pillows, and the overall set up of each level emulated a cozy summer camp feel with friends. oh, and it was very clean. definitely recommend this home for large groups. one note is that our neighboring guests (a family with kids) were loud and the 3rd level walls aren’t very soundproof. however, surprisingly, while there were quite a few loud parties in the complex, you couldn’t really tell while on the lower level or in living room area, which was pretty cool.

Good home but few negatives for a group of 12

Kitchen, dining and living room are great and it can sleep comfortably 13 people (8 adults + 5 kids) and anything above is a stretch and online listing says 15 people which is not entirely true and it gets little crowded to keep that many in 1800 sqft anyway. pros: Located in the center of the city. Condo is Clean (Patio needs cleaning though) Beds are very nice. Kitchen and living room is very nice for a big group Hot water in the home is excellent and it can support at least 8 showers at a stretch (It is so relaxing to take a hot shower after a long tiring day) Entertainment is good with 4 tvs Property manager is nice, we were assigned 2 parking spots and we needed 2 more and manager was able to accommodate us. Cons: It has 4 bathrooms but three of them have broken locks so couldn't use all of them (kitchen bathroom, downstairs bathroom, bunk bed bathroom), what an inconvenience to put up with. One big disadvantage of this home is the spiral stairs that connect 3 levels of this home (bedrooms one floor, kitchen and living one floor and bunk beds in one floor), stairs are so tiny that you can't even rest half of your foot in some steps and even few adults got hurt while climbing up and down the stairs. Online listing doesn't show the stairs and I think that is a must to display as it poses security risk for aged people. in the top floor bathroom entrance there are some sharp metals that are exposed under the carpet and they need to be taken care and they did pose a risk to your feet(we had to cover that with a layer of towels so no one steps on it directly and with it we couldn't close the bathroom door properly) Kitchen sink disposal is broken and water leaks when it is turned on. It is a very nice condo inside but outside definitely needs some improvement halls, stairs(looks dirty) and especially elevator(it kept closing the door too quickly and it wont stop unless you push against the door hard). Summary: It is located in the nice neighborhood but it definitely needs some improvements outside as well as inside of the condo. It is relatively expensive when taken into consideration of all the negatives it had and I hope the owner fixes all those minor things at least(bathroom locks is stupidity I would say).
