The 350.000 m² ranch, which is now a sustainable holiday residence of rural tourism with a main house and a total of 9 residences. The names of the individual accommodations reflect the function that the places had at the time of the agricultural enterprise. The main house offers a lounge, a game room and a large dining room. There you will also find the daily breakfast menu, which is included in the price and contains some kinds of food produced on the farm, as well as typical Mallorcan sweets and sausages.
The holiday apartment Es Nou features a beautiful stone arch that separates the living and sleeping areas and exudes a very special charm. The apartment has 69 m² of living space, a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with 2 single beds, which have been pushed together to form a double bed) as well as one bathroom. The private outdoor area, which invites you to round off relaxed summer evenings, includes a covered terrace with a dining table, chairs and a sitting area, as well as a sun terrace with comfortable loungers.
