Luxurious country house located in a magnificent estate with fantastic views to the countryside, the enchanting village
of Ariany and the mountains surrounding the property. Completely independent, a property of over 400 m2, surrounded
by a beautiful garden with a private pool. Stylishly decorated, with modern and elegant furniture and excellent
detailing. There are 8 double bedrooms (2 of which are airconditioned
with en suite bathrooms), 6 bathrooms (2 with
hydromassage shower and bathtubs), a spacious living/dining room with a chimney, a logburning
stove and a modern,
fully equipped kitchen. Also available in the house is internet connection, various terraces and a porch. Ideal for
spending enjoyable holidays in a calm and private environment with all the possible comforts. Perfectly located, very
close to town and only 15 Km away from the lovely beaches of the area.

Excellent family celebration venue

This is a sizeable property with a choice of seating areas and enough space for a large group of people including large dining tables. There are two kitchens for catering and an underground space for evening gathering/partying. There's even a small children's play area. It was perfect for our extended family and friends.
