Chalet in Cala Mendia

The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. We took the bus to Porto Cristo and did our shopping there. A taxi was about 10-15euros back. Overall we had a great time and it was a very relaxing holiday.

Disappointing house

The lady that met us at the property to check us in was lovely and the air conditioner worked really well, that’s where the positives end.The entire lower floor with the bedrooms had an awful odor, so bad that we went out to buy an oil sent diffuser. We kept all the doors and windows closed, but they clearly had massive gaps that would let in an insane amount of flies. Every morning, when I would wake up, there would be 50 to 100 flies in the master bathroom. The front door handle fell off from the inside when we went to leave the first afternoon. Lights were broken, the place was very dark - even with all the lights on. The Nespresso didn’t work and shot water all over the counter. All the trashcan lids were broken, the step to open them did not work and we had to touch and lift the dirty trash can lids. The absolute WORST was the lack of hot water. After one 5 minute shower, all the hot water was gone FOR THE DAY. It literally took hours to make a few gallons of hot water. Never again, this property is far from comfortable and is absolutely not luxury.

Das Haus ist perfekt für vier Erwachsene. Das Haus, Terrasse und Pool sind sehr gepflegt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur eine Haushaltsschere fehlte. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat, die Gegend ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Vor unserer Ankunft haben wir die nötigen Informationen bekommen, die Übergabe lief reibungslos. Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass es pro Person für 11 Nächte nur zwei Handtücher gab und jeweils ein kleines Gästehandtuch in den Bädern. Da uns das Haus aber insgesamt sehr gut gefallen hat, vergebe ich fünf Sterne.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in entspannter Lage

Unser Check-in hat problemlos geklappt. Wir haben vorab alle nötigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Ein Ansprechpartner war jederzeit verfügbar. Das Haus war sehr schön und modern, super ausgestattet und der Pool war echt klasse. Alle drei Strände waren fussläufig erreichbar und Porto Cristo ist in 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Toller Pool und schönes Ferienhaus. Leider waren die Küchenschränke nicht zu 100% nutzbar, da einzelne Schubladen defekt waren (dies war aber wohl schon länger bekannt) Dennoch haben wir uns ehr wohlgefühlt und die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung hat richtig gut funktioniert.

Unser Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Was etwas blöd war, war dass in jedem WC nur eine Toilettenpapierrolle vorhanden war und nur ein Abfallsack für den Aufenthalt und diese gekauft werden mussten. Jedoch Top Aufenthalt mit sehr schönen Stränden in der Nähe. :)

Tolles Objekt

Wir haben unter „fewo-direkt“ diese tolle Unterkunft gefunden und gebucht. Alle Angaben stimmten zum Inserat und wir haben uns von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Auch der Empfang im Haus war super freundlich. Wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca fahren, schauen wir zuerst hier nach. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und Frau Anke Malten.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts und auch die Beleuchtung des Hauses und die hochwertigen Möbel sind auf jeden Fall das Highlight dieses Objekts. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Chalet zum Wohlfühlen

Das Chalet garantiert durch seine Lage eine schönen und entspannten Urlaub. Man entflieht dem ständingen Alltagslärm und hat eine wunderschönen Blick in die Natur. Das Chalet ist perfekt aufgeteilt und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man benötigt. Es war wirklich ein super und entspannter Urlaub! Die Übergabe als auch der Check-Out haben einwandfrei funktioniert und die Ansprechpartner waren immer sehr hilfsbereit!

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé des belles vacances dans cette villa, très belles criques accessibles à pieds. Cependant l’annonce mériterais peut-être une plus grande précision car les photos de la villa ne sont pas celles que nous avons eux. Les photos montre une villa en extrémité d’un ensemble de maison, or nous avons eu celle du milieu, entouré (collé) par deux autres villas, mise à part cela, tout a été super !
