「I booked this hotel in Jan.,unluckily they are closed in low season. But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ). I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.」

「Pros: Wir haben uns in der Finca sofort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.
