「We started our trip in Leon and had the most beautiful hotel for the same price. When we got to Granada and Los Corredores we were very disappointed and considered changing hotels if not for financial reasons. Our room was like a prison. All white, no art and it smelled like moth balls so strongly I could hardly breathe. 「Absolutely beautiful location with gorgeous courtyard and pool. Advertised as A/C included but actually it's an additional cost. Made the mistake of not getting it, terrible sleeps due to insane heat in the rooms. The advertising is misleading but if you're ok with $10 ($20?) per night then get the A/C. Otherwise perfect. Breakfast included. 」

「The place is permanently closed. Expedia is a band of idiots because they refuse to refund my money after establishing that the place is permanently closed. I could not stay there so why are you asking me to rate the place. It’s closed down forever. I had to contact American Express to get my refund because Expedia is being so moronic about this. Do not use Expedia either as they are idiots when it comes to problems like this. 」
