The building is very beautiful; the owners have maintained the architectural integrity of the building. The staff is very warm and welcoming. My only complaint is the bed; the mattress felt worn-out and thin. I think management should try all the beds to make sure they are comfortable and not worn-out.

This beautiful hotel is convenient to everything you might need in Granada yet just far enough away from the noise of the main central park and Calzada. Onsite is one of the best restaurants in town, plus your included breakfast options are vast and always delicious. The staff puts care and thought into each room and in the overall hotel itself, and everyone working there is friendly, helpful and always has a pleasant greeting when you see them.

I loved the overall design, our room was located next to the pool, so It felt like a private villa. Breakfast was very good, employees were excellent. There is no parking on site, but you can park inside a garage a couple of blocks and it’s included with the hotel which was nice.

WOW! My husband and I have traveled all over Central America and have never stayed at a place this wonderful. I’ll just make a list of what we loved: friendly, accommodating staff, clean, beautiful, air conditioning, hot water, quiet, free potable water, pool, walking distance of everything, great restaurant, and INCLUDED breakfast! Seriously, do yourself and stay here. For the price, it’s an absolute steal!

Walked every where. Great bar and restaurant across the street.ad more in a few blocks. Whenever we had leftovers someone on the street would really appreciate them. Therefore some poor hungry street people.

Central location, clean, and the staff were attentive. We found some outdated information in their guest handbooks, and they quickly addressed by offering breakfast past the actual hours due to the misprint in their book. The next day, they reprinted outdated pages.

Ive stayed here before and I think my review is still up from that visit. Been about 6 years between visits. Place is still quaint, quiet with a nice courtyard. Free breakfast was good and service was excellent. They didnt have an ironing board. Just an iron. One night their restaurant/bar closed early so we just went across the street to Hacienda and had good frito. Bed was way too hard. I told this to the owner as we checked out. She said its bard to get right for everyone. This was one of the hardest beds ive slept in in the past year and would keep me from going back next trip. Which is unfortunate as I like the place

Perfect Base in Granada

Wonderful hotel in a very central location. The staff were all amazing and super friendly. Breakfast was excellent each morning and there’s a very good variety. The room is very rustic in the best way and it’s well maintained. The grounds of the hotel were also very beautiful with many plants and trees. Perfect place for a Granada base!
