Great fancy hotel, great food and service and very friendly atmosphere, very close a mall to get things you need, only a 5 minute walk. Would recommend this place forsure if you need a place to stay passing through, and the breakfast is amazing.

Love this place. The best place I have stayed in Managua. The staff are really incredible and attentive. Been here enough times that I no longer need to order coffee or breakfast as they automatically bring what I like as soon as they see me. All of the staff have been great!

When we first arrived they put us in a room that was in the older part of the hotel, the smell was horrific, the hotel did not seem busy, so we asked they move us rooms which they did. The second room was better. Most of the staff was good, but the front desk personnel not so much. The bed was comfortable but figuring out the hot water took patience. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Very nice staff, customer focus. My initial room the AC did not work, moved to a room didn’t have security box and TV the 3rd day was not working. Improvement on towels , sheets and floor cleaning and curtain at shower can improve. All that said, staff was extremely flexible, and fast to fix all issues. With all above mentioned, I will stay in the Hotel again. Staff was great.

Hotel contempo was amazing! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! They set up a tour guide for our stay and ensure we were comfortable the entire time. The place is clean with great air conditioning in a beautiful tree lined block. The food at the restaurant was delicious! We were greeted by the owner at Their Mother’s Day event and he made us feel super welcomed! We’ll definitely be back and would stay at any hotel contempo location!
