The neighborhood is safe and the hotel is within walking distance of a main road where buses and taxi cars are constant. The room advertised was described as having a private bathroom and included breakfast. The bathroom is shared and there is no breakfast.

1 star for the location as it’s quite central and the wifi is working well. The rest is pretty much a mess. In the dormitory you are actually sleeping on a shelf. A 3 shelf stack with a thin mattress(basically a mat) for each person. No ventilation, no hot water, power cuts. Could carry on even more. My advice is to do yourself a favour and book elsewhere ;)

The service is terrible, the reservation was paid for a minor under 17 years old and 2 adults, the man who was at the reservation charged my wife an extra 10 dollars, because he said that the girl is very big, it doesn't matter what she is under 18 years old. It does not even include air conditioning, it says you have to pay it separately, there is no breakfast included. And it cost almost 55 dollars. It was a bad experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. ThIs property should not be in any platforms like Expedia or Agoda. The place especially the rooms are not for human habitation. Even dogs and cats would not survive that long staying in their rooms. Rooms were poorly ventilated, without any windows at all. There is a ceiling fan which blows air weaker that your own breath. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but i checked out prematurely as I cannot take the condition of the place. I went to their kitchen and its so dirty. Food particles everywhere. I have a picture of the kitchen.

La falta de agua y electricidad es algo grave! Deberían tener reserva de agua al menos y tener una generadora eléctrica al menos para cosas esenciales! También en el costo de reserva dicen tener desayuno incluido pero solamente es café negro con pan y mantequilla! He viajado mucho y es el único sitio que llama a un café y a un pan “ desayuno”. No es correcto tratar de engañar a los clientes! Pero sí pienso que si mejoran estos aspectos pueden fácilmente llegar a alcanzar ser un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Es muy mala atención dicen dar desayuno incluido y no dan nada ni jabón para bañarse hay que bajar a el baño que está en la segunda planta es muy mala la atención la habitación no tiene ni continas las habitaciones no recomiendo este lugar la verdad las cobijas son muy delgadas que el frío se pasa

No me gustó que no habia agua, me tuve que ir sin bañar, cambiaron los precios cuando llegué, tardan en contestar y me salio una cucaracha en el cuarto. Terrible. Por el mismo precio hay mejores opciones la verdad.

Je suis arrivé à l'aube avec ma fille à la réception de l'hôtel. Avec tous les documents sur mon téléphone, puisque l'achat des journées à l'hôtel était en ligne. La personne qui était là ne m'a pas laissé entrer parce que je n'avais pas les documents imprimés. J'ai dû aller loger dans un autre hôtel à cette heure de la matinée avec une petite fille
