「Fantastic hotel in an ideal location at the heart of Granada. Tim and Andreas were the perfect hosts throughout our stay, and I would not hesitate to re-book if we ever return to the area. Each morning we were greeted with a big breakfast, and Tim or one of the hotel staff would be full of recommendations and tips to help ensure we got the most out of whatever we were doing that day. 「Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him.
