The hotel is great, with club's and 3 minutes walk to juffair downtown area. Clean, the staff are very friendly. The only problem is there's no outlet near the bed to charge your phone

If you only wanted to stay a night or two, for the price, this would be fine. However, keep in mind that there is a club on the first floor with music that is heard in the upper floors until 2:30 am on a Wed night. It's not the most updated or cleanest room but, again, perfect for a place to keep your luggage and sleeping. The free breakfast at the restaurant next door was good a nice welcome.

Comfy beds, room big enough for 2 adults (double bed) and one child (single bed). Rest of furniture and carpets a bit old and stained. Microwave and fridge in the room, but we did not use. Check in at 4 at night was no problem. There are two carparks to use, one had roofs for sun. Breakfast was brought to the room, so I recommend to plan some time from order to starting breakfast. Choice was English or Continental.

Bad Service and Room😡

This stay was not a pleasant one from the start. Front Desk Clerk tried to put me in a room right over top of the club again. Last time he tried putting me in the same room. That time no lights were on that floor. I had to go to my room with my cell phone light. So after i came back downstairs to argue about this room, they decided to upgrade me to another room. The upgraded room was not in good shape. I stayed there 1 night and ask to be moved in the morning. Now im in my 3rd room, and the ac is not working well. I asked 3 times to get it fixed to no prevail and also there was no hot water. I just decided to deal with it because i refused to move again. Usually a manager named Sarah is very helpful and makes sure everything is good but when she is not there are usually issues. Also i did want to compliment the new manager there because he was helpful and tried to resolve my issues. Location of hotel is great but the service and rooms are going down.

I like the price! Also there are restaurants, spas, stores and ATMs in walking distance. The club (Wranglers) was connected to the hotel. Security atbthe club was good also. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel needs a remodel. Horrible TV and channels, old furniture, old bathrooms and old smell. The best thing about the room was Big mattress(not high quality) with good pillows👍👍. But at the end of the day.... you get what you pay for. For that price I'd stay again for 3 days max!
